Pro-Techs Security

We were looking for a surveillance system and found Pro-​Techs on both Unilocal and Home Advisor. Our first call to Brian was great. We reached him without having to leave a voice message. Brian spent an hour on the phone educating us on the different systems out there, what to look for and suggestions on installation layout. We had so many questions but Brian was very patient to answer all of them and probably had to repeat his answers a few times. We typically would call and get one or two more estimates but based on our comfort level with Brian, we didn’t feel the need to look anywhere else. Brian and his team arrived on-​time on the day of the install and did not leave a mess behind. Brian took the time to explain how the setup would work on the desktop computer as well as getting the app on our mobile devices. Our surveillance system has been in for a week now and we are extremely happy with it. Thanks to Brian at Pro-​Techs for making this so easy for us. We would highly recommend!

Was looking for Home surveillance system and came across Pro Tech on Home Advisor. Brian called me right away and explained what type of system they used. I was impressed. We agreed on the price and they were here in a few days installing my system. Brian and his guys were very professional and did a great job on installation. Took the time to show me how everything worked and even set up my smartphone with the app. Highly recommend them.

While researching for a security system, I called a few different companies. All but, Pro-​Tech were unprofessional and expensive for a similar type of system. Brian took his time to understand our needs, sent us a quote and system information and didn’t hound us to close the sale. When we scheduled an in-​home consultation, he arrived on time and was very respectful throughout the process. My husband had additional questions and he patiently explained everything. We knew Pro-​Tech would be hired when we were ready. Day of installation, Brian set up everything without any disruptions and cleaned up afterwards. He’s also been available when we had questions or needed assistance with our unit, months after the install. Great customer service before, during and afterwards.

Pro-​Tech provided a prompt quotation, answered all my questions, installed as promised, left the job site neat & tidy and followed up with me to ensure the system was working as expected. The installation was a little over a year ago, from time to time there have been questions and always quick, professional service. We used Pro Techs security twice. The first time was to install surveillance cameras and the second time was to install two flat screen tv’s. We would have gone wirh him for our security system but we had already signed a contract with the vendor the builder offered. Unfortunately for us Brian’s monthly price is much lower.

I generally use Unilocal mainly to get information and not to write reviews. However, I felt it was 100% necessary to give Brian and Pro-​Techs Security a 5 star review for the masterful job he did setting up a 4 camera video surveillance at our single family residence in San Jose.
I did a lot of research prior to contacting Brian and I spoke with 4 – 5 other vendors and it took me a long time to get all of the information I needed (mostly due to language barriers). Pro-​Techs was the last call I made and within minutes Brian was able to answer all of my complicated questions and had a solution which was far better quality than the other vendors and even at a more competitive price. The range I got in quotes was anywhere from $ 2200 – 2800 and they were more competitively priced than the others.
Brian did a wonderful job with the installation and was flexible/​punctual with my schedule and finished the job in ½ a day. After completion, he set up the video on all of our smart phones, computers, and tablets and provided user instructions on how to operate the system. He took the time and did a precise job with the camera angles and installed tamper proof dome cameras.
I am incredibly pleased with the product and Brian has been super easy to work with, answers his phone all the time, and has helped me troubleshoot minor issues. If you are looking for a home video surveillance system that is high-​quality and reliable, do not look anywhere else.
