Fun Forest

I love this place. Some of the same blow ups as the big mainstream indoor playgrounds for half the price. Owner is very nice and have great ideas for the place. I feel in the next year or so this place will be a top competitor in indoor playgrounds. My daughter and i visit here often and love it. Lot of ppl here complain about the kids doing things, but thats not the establishment’s issue that’s the parents letting their kids do whatever and not overlooking them

It’s gotten bad! The seats are broken, easily ready to tear into the skin. The square tables are overly wobbly and this place hasn’t been vacuumed and we are the first ones here in the afternoon. It used to be nice but they just don’t care. Won’t be back here until there’s real change. There are other places near enough to leave this place alone.

Supposed to open at 10am on Wednesdays. We were there at 10:25am, and still not open. A daycare group of young children was sitting outside on the sidewalk. We left and went elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend!

I live nearby so we’ve been coming here enough to see the place slowly deteriorate since being sold off by hippo hopp. The bad experience lately has been the other patrons not being considerate or following the rules. I had two moms on their phones the entire time while their group of 5 older boys ate ice cream on the inflatables without wearing socks. They also climbed all over where you weren’t supposed to and knocked little kids over.

Ghetto…
My 3 year old and I hung out here for a couple of hours while getting some car service nearby. The place is generally dirty and run down which in itself is not horrible. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Tables were left overturned, floors and equipment uncleaned but my favorite part was Jerry Springer being played in the TV in the play area. Now you know!

I absolutely hated this place. I purchased a Groupon to use for my boys’ birthday, I am upset because I have 8 more visits and will never ever return here again.
My kids are 3 years and under, So let’s start there. They have 2 little areas for the 3 years and under kids to play. But I see 10 – 14 year olds jumping around in there and throwing blocks and the big heavy EXCERCISE bounce balls around, knocking the little ones over. My one year old almost had her ankle broken! The older kids were wild in there. This could have been prevented, if they had more staff. I saw only 2 miserable young ladies at the front. Absolutely, no supervision around the bounce houses.
Very little seating area for adults to sit and it was extremely hot. No AC + everyone had to share seats? I wasn’t even jumping around and I almost had a heat stroke; imagine the kids that were playing.
The pictures on their website are very, very misleading. This is a run down, ghetto, extremely too small for kids to run and have fun place. This is the ghetto version of Monkey Joes. Seriously, I was so upset and embarrassed that I called everyone to cancel the family get together.
One more thing, they have a terrible check in and out procedure. I was constantly looking for my kids to make sure no one ran off with them. Any adult can come in and take your little one. No check out procedure, no check in procedure.
The women’s bathroom, do I have to say? Disgusting, it was obvious no one was doing any hourly checks. I seriously question if they even sanitize their jump equipment and the play area for babies.
The staffing was so poor, no smiles for the kids, no thank you for coming, just sadness and anguish. I say, pay the extra $ 2 and have a safe and enjoyable experience elsewhere.

Horrible customer service. They were using the vacuum while the children were playing at 730pm causing a hazardous and unsafe environment. Very rude and un-​attentive staff. It is awful to bring kids to an uninviting place where they come to have fun.

We picked up a Groupon deal and went on a Saturday evening, expecting it to be packed. It was lively, but not overwhelming. The staff was friendly, didn’t seem burned out at all, and were actively cleaning and keeping the big kids in line. Our 3 and 6 year old had a blast. There are play areas for older kids and younger kids, and the zip line is age 5 and up. They have full kitchen with reasonably priced pizza, subs and sandwiches, but we ate before we went.

Very fun place. Brought our 17 month old daughter here and after a few minutes she loved it. The place was clean, did not smell and I saw many employees cleaning during our visit as well. We will be returning.

Horrible customer service. Refused to allow my 2 year old son to use the bathroom. Filthy place with a disgusting odor. I will never go there, not even for another kids birthday!
