Called ahead to get a tire rotation on my lunch break. The general manager Neil confirmed that it would be no problem to get it done within the hour. I left the car to get lunch came back 35 minutes later the car had not moved and was informed it would be another hour. I highly recommend choosing a different tire shop staff is very unprofessional uncourteous and downright rude. If timeliness is something that’s important to you there are many other options in the area

I have taken my car here twice for routine care and maintenance and I plan on making them my go-​to Goodyear. All of the guys are polite and I love that they don’t try and oversell anything. I go in, tell them what I want, and they deliver. The end.
The last time that I was there, Ryan, the manager, was the one who handled my car. He told me up front that he was going to treat my car as if it were his own. When I asked him about other maintenance on my car, he gave me honest opinions for when the work needed to be done. I asked to be on the road by a certain time and I was out of the office before then. Great, great customer service.
