I used to go to the Atlanta location but I felt like it was too difficult to get an appointment and the guy that I dealt with Mike Williams was very bad about getting back to me. He cancelled an appointment the day of. Needless to say I decided to try Gwinnett and everyone here is so much nicer.

Tim Halloran is always on top of things and never lets us down. We appreciate all the Hennessey Lexus employees, their hard work and professionalism

Of course when your buying a new car they are very nice. But go to service it and trying to get someone to answer the phone or be helpful is another thing. Will not return for service nor buy another car from this location. Go to the one one peachtree they can answer the phone.

My wife and I visited Gwin Hennessy Lexus this Saturday about 4:00. Upon our arrival we were greeted promptly, and was told a rep would be with us in a few minutes. After a brief wait Bill McCole greeted us and immediately made us feel welcome. Bill was courteous, professional, and made us feel quite comfortable. My wife asked for directions to the restroom, and rather than pointing her in the right direction, he got up and walked her to the lounge area. Where does that happen in this world of «No Service». He asked us probing questions in order to help us find the perfect vehicle for us, and was very patient with our questions. We never felt rushed, or pushed. Finally we went to the lot and found a few pre-​owned Lexus GS 350’s. The first vehicle was the one we decided on. We got back to the office went over the numbers including my trade in, which I felt was fair. There was no haggling, everything from the start to finish was seamless. After several hours we were, in our new certified pre-​owned 20 013 Lexus. Well the next morning I looked at my car and noticed a damaged driver side mirror. First thing I thought was their gonna think I did it, and say how do we know it wasn’t damaged while I had the car. I Called Bill on Monday on his CELL phone, and low and behold I got an answer (customer service). I’m big on CS because I own a service company, and pride myself on my companies customer service. Well low and behold upon my arrival Bill looked at the damage and said no problem I’ll take it to the service dept and see when they can fix it. Did I hear him right? Well Bill arranged an appointment for me to return and and said a loaner car would be waiting for me. It’s been awhile since I’ve received such outstanding service from start to finish, especially after the sale! Thanks Bill and Hennessy for having such a knowledgable and warm salesman. Hennessy will always be my dealer of choice, wish I had tried them sooner.

Lack of honesty and integrity. Bait and Switch «tactics»

Maybe my expectations were too high after the awesome experience I had at Lexus of South Atlanta when I bought the car, but the service representative I dealt with at this location was HORRIBLE. This dude was rude and condescending, not at all helpful and couldn’t even bother to make eye contact with me while speaking to me. In the end I was so disgusted with the way he was treating me that I left and told my husband he would have to handle the issue.
I’m not even exaggerating — the service I got from the cashier at HMart immediately after leaving the dealership was way better and you know damn well HMart is not known for friendly service.
My husband took my car to the Hennessy Lexus on PIB the next day and the service was exactly the great experience we expected. Don’t waste your time with this Gwinnett location.

I’ve always loved Lexus. Not only because they drive really smooth and I hardly have any problems with my car. It is great that they have complimentary snacks and drinks. Snacks include assorted muffins, assorted chips, fruit bars, and nuts. Drinks they have from sodas, bottle waters, can juices, coffee, and teas. You can help yourself to anything you like while waiting at the lounge. They also have free wifi, computers for you to use, tvs to watch, and complimentary ride to a nearby locations. Yes, I have to admit part of the reason why I love Lexus is evacuee of the complimentary stuffs.

What’s so great about this place is the customer service. Literally every worker you pass will greet you and some will make sure you get something (free) to eat or drink at the station. Like other dealerships, they don’t have stale coffee and some measly olé’ mints. Hennessy Lexus stocks up on fruits, granola bars, candies, muffins, all sorts of juices, sodas, and fresh coffee.
I might sound like a scrub, but come on! Though they have lots of food and drinks, the reason they get the five stars is superior service and also because make you feel like such a king/​queen. When you pull up, they open your door and greet you like it’s some valet parking at a fancy restaurant instead of you coming out of the car and searching for a maintenance guy that will hesitantly take your business (Toyota). After a dozen people greet you and once your car is finished with maintenance, they even pull up the car for you. Now, I’ve been to many dealerships before and what they do is give you the keys to your car and make you walk all the way to the parking area to retrieve your car.
Make sure you make an appointment online though!

Took my recently purchased (from another dealer) Lexus in for service today — could not have been more impressed and satisfied from beginning to end. Drew met me within a minute of pulling in and had me out the door quickly — got a ride to work via the shuttle service which later picked me up so I could retrieve the vehicle.
Everyone I dealt with (Drew, the shuttle driver, cashier) was friendly and efficient. And I found the prices to be competitive.
Will definitely be back.

Never again! I am fortunate enough to have some car knowledge and 2 trusted mechanics that are honest with me about car issues. One of those mechanics has been working on my car for the past year fixing this and that, plus I have been driving this particular car for the last 10 years. I know it pretty well. I have a story for you. Wanna hear it? Here it goes…
Several years ago I was driving on the highway in St. Louis and the gas light came on. I drove a few more miles thinking I had time to get to a station, at least 2 gallons of gas are left I thought. Nope. I ran out on the highway. I was able to almost get off a exit ramp when the car just sputtered and stopped on me. We had to push the vehicle up the exit ramp and into a gas station. Luckily there was one directly located off the ramp.
Since that time, I have learned that the car does not read the gas correctly when it is low. The light may come on… actually I try not to let the meter get less than half a tank. I have been stuck on the side of the road a few too many times to play that game. Great car but she does not act kindly towards not getting a meal when she is thirsty. She also does not like that basic bitch gas. Premium only!
Recently, I was running late to work and tried to make it with an inch of gas in the tank. I knew better! SexyLexy got me good that day. It was the coldest winter ever! Only 17 degrees this morning and I was on the shoulder of I-​85 waiting on #freeze for AAA. I was talking to my mechanic in the process of waiting who gave me some insight and reminded me of my past encounter with this problem. For some reason, even after speaking with him, I decided to tow the car to Lexus of Gwinnett. I wanted a second opinion, it was closer and I needed to get to work for meetings. After a brief discussion with my rep, Tony, and paying the tow guy, I returned briefly to Tony’s Office before getting a ride to work via shuttle.
The customer service offered at this location and Lexus Dealerships around the world are usually stellar. They have won many awards for this and I concur. However, like many auto mechanic shops they will rob you blind. Get this fixed, get that fixed. Knowing that I had a prior issue coming from my fuel pump I had an idea of what I would be told. I did my own research and compared notes with my mechanic and a friend who works on cars.
The conclusion: I ran out of gas. Or rather, the gas was too low for the fuel pump to successfully pump enough fuel to give the car significant power. The shuttle picked me up from work and I received a loaner car. Test after test, voice call after call, there was this wrong that wrong and this price, now going to that price… blah blah blah. Yes, please test it, but this is how they do it. Run a test, find an error, fix (pay for that service. Run test again, find next error, fix (pay more) and repeat. I REFUSE! Compare that to my mechanic who will run a full comprehensive test and find all issues in one. Then fix accordingly. Prices can still vary of course, but the way the tests were being conducted I am ashamed that Lexus did not catch it.
I was out of gas when I brought my car in. My rep kept telling me that the car would not turn over. «Have you put gas in it,» I asked. «No,» he replied. SMH! After my request, I later found out $ 4 of gas was put into the car. Typically in mechanic shops the cars will just idle while being tested. I know that from years of experience. He calls me back and states that car will now turn over but hesitant. The test and sensor will be $ 500+. You also need a fuel pump, that’s $ 1300. He pauses for me to agree with him and just say go for it. I am not that guy. I refused the pump and probably did not need the sensor but fine, go for it. They are almost done I am thinking, but no. They get to the car wash and the car won’t turn over again. I paused to keep my professionalism.
I explained to him what I am explaining to you now. He listened without interrupting. I asked again about the gas, where I learned there was a little bit ($ 4). I asked him to please fill the tank up, with premium. At this point, I might as well remind him because if I had to ask you to put gas in it twice, there is a major issue. I understand your trying to sell but I have acknowledged the issue, paid for the service and ready to move on. Your still coming up with more potential problems that will incur me spending more money. «Your trying to take advantage of me,» I said. He offered a manager but I declined. You just hear me out. The only benefit of this relationship is that I have a loaner car instead of renting el cheapo from Enterprise. This entire ordeal was almost 2 weeks in length. He tried to improve my experience in the end but it was too late. I just could not believe it. Guess what, he personally filled the tank up and the car ran fine, no hesitation, no stalling. Runs like a dream. SMH! Please give me my car back Lexus of Gwinnett. See you in Neverary.

I have had 4 cars from hennessy lexus. 5 star service. I will never buy a car any where else but hennessy lexus. always great service, friendly staff and hassle-​free.

We cannot thank Hennessy Lexus and our dealer, Joe Robb, enough! This was our first time buying a car and our first big purchase as newlyweds :) Joe was patient and listened to our needs. He was able to work around our budget and get us the car of our dreams! My previous car was a 2002 Lexus RX300 and we purchased a 2015 Rx 350. I am going to miss my old RX but thrilled with the new Rx! We look forward to the Lexus comfort and reliability and plan to have this car for another 10 years. thank you Joe and the whole team for making this process a pleasure!

If I could rate this dealership 6 stars, I would. Hugh Robb, the GM is as down to earth as it gets, and his brother Joe knows pretty much everything you need to know and more about any Lexus.
I had a ’13 BMW I was ready to get out of in, and they helped me get into a brand new 2014 IS F Sport without any problems. I didn’t even see the car until it was mine, as I trusted these guys that much. I even asked for a few extras at no cost — (windows tint, paint protectant, and the wheel and tire hazard warranty) — and they added it at all no questions asked.
I already had the car at the service department for a nail in my tire, and they gladly gave me a new Lexus ES for a loaner, and replaced the tire at no cost. Much better customer service than I had received at United BMW.
Overall, love my car and love visiting these guys when I can.

Last fall, I purchased my Lexus IS 250 from this dealership but since it was an internet purchase handled mostly through my finance company I cannot comment on the buying experience because I did not interact with the sales team directly. However, a few weeks after my car was delivered, I did contact the dealership’s service department to complain that there was a noise emitting from the brakes. The internet sales manager was kind enough over the phone and asked me to bring it in for service.
Now, here is where I have to be honest. I do not care for this location’s service department. MY service advisor, CJ, does not provide a level of customer service that I expect. In an attempt to refrain from personally attacking this person’s character, demeanor, and personality, I will just sum up my experience as being unsatisfactory.
Fast forward three months later when I discover that I need to replace a tire on my car. I again contacted their service department and MY service advisor failed to provide me with a superior level of service over the phone. I promptly asked that another advisor handle my account from this point forward after scheduling an appointment. Later that day, I canceled my service appointment here and scheduled it at the nearby Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta dealership. And surprise surprise, the service advisor at Hennessy Atlanta (whose name has garnered superior ratings on Unilocal) was helpful, patient and kind.
I will likely never return to this location for my buying or service needs.

DO NOT waste your time with Hennessy Lexus! I walked in with my daughter to purchase a car as her graduation present. There were three sales personnel at the front desk, the two gentlemen did not budge, and the desk assistant said «Hello» after my daughter walked over to the shelf to grab a Lexus book. We figured we would wait a moment until the finished speaking, after a minute of standing in the lobby we left. She showed me the car she wanted, we walked all around the lot and NO ONE, came out to greet us or say anything to us. Poor customer service is an understatement. No one should be able to walk an entire lot of new cars and not be greeted or asked for assistance. I will never purchase from Hennessy Lexus, and will be sure my friends and family so not as well.

Wonderful buying experience. Staff and salespeople were very friendly and accommodating. Not once did I feel pressured, annoyed, or uncomfortable. After years of sour experiences at various dealerships, this was a welcome change. Dealing with the service department was also easy and hassle-​free. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
