Haverty’s Fine Furniture

I am very disappointed in Havertys! Fine furniture should not be in the title at all! I bought furniture in 2011 and was very excited as I had just bought my home. At first they were great! They delivered my furniture on time however it was damaged. They were quick to replace with no questions asked. I bought this set because I loved it and especially the color and comfort! The disappointment is the the leather is turning orange, all of the stain is wearing off and they will not stand behind it??? If I had wanted an orange couch I would have bought one! They have no customer service and when I called they really did not care! I did not expect to have to buy new furniture again so soon but looks like I do. I will say I will never shop at Havertys again! Very disappointed.

The showroom is much larger than I anticipated (appeared to have more product on the floor than the Mall of Georgia location). I was greeted immediately, explained my needs, and shopping we went! We have been to every major furniture retailer in metro Atlanta and Haverty’s was our last stop. I wish we had started here, would have saved us a lot of time and energy. I cannot explain in words the different level of service one receives at Haverty’s versus other major retailers. Our buying experience was fantastic from beginning to end, with every associate we came in contact with. And the quality of furniture was hands down above all of their competitors. This was my first experience with Haverty’s but it won’t be my last. Great job Gwinnett Place team!!!
