As usual my service advisor Matt Cowart did everything right The service was to replace two parts of the throttle control system as the car had become unsafe to drive. I have used Hennessy since I bought the CTS 11 years ago and the staff, quality of work, honesty and knowledge have always been the best. Wayne Watson the service manager is always friendly as well and remembers who I am.

Bought my 2016 Escalade from David Bush!!! Excellent customer service. Very professional and so kind. Also ladies****very female friendly! Sometimes dealerships treat us like idiots. Not David. Very patient. You can ask ALL the questions you want. Also, very important… I asked that my credit not be ran more than 1 time and the finance manager Sean made sure it was not ran more than 1 time! Now… there is customer service! This is my 2nd Hennessy vehicle and won’t go anywhere else!

In September, we decided to upgrade our SRX to a later model. It is our second sales experience with Victor King who is so professional as well as knowledgeable of the Cadillac products and an asset to the Hennessy dealership. To ensure customer satisfaction and/​or resolution, he notates items or issues and diligently follows up. This second experience allowed us the pleasure of getting to know Victor a little better on a personal level. He is an extraordinary man, not only professionally but in his private life, and we have the upmost respect for him.
Our experience for the first time with the business manager, Jordan Woods, was also very professional and we appreciated his expertise to negotiate such a low interest rate as well as his efficiency in expediting the process!
This week I met with the technology specialist, Seth Brinkman, for an hour while he went over the navigation and other features of the SRX for a better understanding in learning the system. Just as our encounters with everyone at Hennessy, Seth is very professional, patient, and knowledgeable of all components in the SRX.

This is how car buying should be! As a consultant who travels virtually every week, being able to connect with the dealership through their internet manager, Craig, helped meet my needs to deal with all the details. In fact, they even sent someone to pick me up at my home near Perimeter Mall to go to the dealership to sign and pick up my new SRX. The service and attention was amazing. They were prepared, took all the time I needed to walk me through the many features of the vehicle, and genuinely cared that I was satisfied with the vehicle, process, and service. From the knowledgeable sales professional to the business manager who walked me through all the details of the financing simply and professionally.
Being a very particular customer, I can say this is THE place to buy a Cadillac. I appreciate the genuine care for my requests and concerns, and the atmosphere of teamwork and professionalism. I look forward to interacting with them for years to come.

Well, so I got the money to pay cash for a used car. Best case scenario, right? Actually, they went the extra mile to explain that they actually don’t like to take cash, but that they would do me the big favor of taking my money (actual words). Then they took over 4 hours to verify all my info even though I wasn’t doing any finance. But the best was kept for last. They told me about the 203 847 612 items they inspect before selling any car, but they sold me a car LEAKING OIL. Seriously. Leaking oil. Probably the second thing you should check, after «having four wheels». A few days later, when I pointed out the problem to them (which was discovered in a different dealership check up), and that it was about to set me back around 5 hundred dollars, all they said was that «I was offered extra coverage and declined», so that’s that. I expected better after all their positive reviews. But apparently dealers are all the same: eventually you will be fooled, no matter how you pay or with whom you buy.

I bought a used car. About 50 miles after owning the car, the check engine light came on. The service team immediately fixed it and didn’t charge me at all. And I got to drive a sweet loaner in the process!
The car buying process was also a breeze with Curtis and Dale (who stayed late that night to make sure I got the best APR). Curtis also showed me everything I needed to know about the car on the test drive — which is a HUGE help since there is basically a computer in these cars nowadays. My favorite stations, my phone, and bf’s phone were all programmed by the end of the test drive (he must have known I was going to buy the car LoL). They felt like friends by the time we left!

It was so great that I purchased a 2015 Escalade 3 days after my initial CTS purchase. John Buckner was my salesman and he was honest and attentive. I brought my ’11 Escalade ESV in for some warranty work. Shannon Moore, my service consultant, took great care of me. He got me set up with a loaner car and kept in contact with me throughout the process. The car was done faster than I expected and Shannon really went above and beyond to see that I was taken care of. Even though I didn’t buy my Escalade from Hennessy, I’ll definitely be taking it back there for service.

Vic was our salesman. He is very knowledgeable. Maybe too knowledgeable about Cadillac.
He was able to answer all of the questions which we had.
We had been shopping for an ATS for about a month. We have been to several dealers and test drove many cars.
Once my wife saw the Red ATS she knew it was the car for her.
