Full Service Placement and Management — Most of our clients choose to have RMS Team provide Full Service Placement and Management Services to ease the burden of managing your own property. We would be happy to discuss the specifics of this program with you.

Tenant Placement — RMS Team has a proven advertising and marketing plan to help you attract more tenant prospects to your property. Our experienced property managers prequalify the prospects and show your property, saving you time and helping you find a qualified Tenant.

Management Only — RMS Team understands that you may already have a tenant in your property or you have already found a tenant to lease your property and you are looking for management services. Our Team is ready to help you by managing the day-​to-​day operations of collecting rents, managing maintenance requests and following the lease guidelines.

History

Established in 2012.

RMS Team is a group of dedicated professionals that are committed to providing you with excellent residential real estate services. The company began as RMS Management Services over 20 years ago. When we joined the RE/​MAX network in January of 2012, we changed our name to RMS Team. Being a part of RE/​MAX Center gives our clients and customers a higher level of service. Our properties spend less time on the market and have more value-​added resources provided by RE/​MAX, which helps our clients.

Business Owner

Team Leader and Associate Broker of RMS Team: Kristy received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Southern University and has a family background in real estate. Kristy began her career as a sales associate practicing real estate sales with RE/​MAX Center. She has over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. In 2012 and 2013, Kristy served as the Education Chair and board member for the local Atlanta NARPM® Chapter. In 2014, Kristy received the RE/​MAX Hall of Fame award. Kristy oversees the property management operations of RMS Team and manages the real estate sales activities.
