History

Established in 1980.

With over 30 years experience in real estate, I bring a unique level of skills to all of my sales. By possessing a solid knowledge of the market and establishing relationships with clients and agents, I am able to work effectively to negotiate deals which benefit all parties involved in the transaction. Satisfaction is my primary goal when entering into contract and I possess the unique ability to simultaneously buy and sell homes so my clients are able to enter into contract confidently. I specialize in residential resale and have extensive experience in distressed sales. Currently, I am a CRS and specialize in low cost renovations which allow homeowners to increase the value of their home and sell their residence quickly. Through combining my experience in real estate with my knowledge of engineering I am able to relay information about homes most other agents can not. I truly love real estate and working with clients to get them into their ideal home.
