Let me tell you my experience. Around 10÷15÷15 my truck engine blew up, so I was cruising the internet looking for a car quick. I spoke to a man named Mark, hr assured me we were approved and to come pick out a car. Well I told him the truth of everything, even that I was the only licensed driver in the home. Well 10÷26÷15 I had to go to motor vehicle in Glen Bernie to take care of some things, so a girl who’s name started with a T said shed come pick us up and bring us to their location on German Hill Rd Dundalk. Well I called Mark to confirm and he sort of sounded aggravated but said to call when we were done and he’d send someone. So we told our ride they could just go back home. Now mind you I had asked if the deal wasn’t feasible for us, would they bring us home. They assured us they would. We get there and again I tell Jeff, who btw is the salesman who picked us up, that my husband does NOT have a license. we explained our disabled son was with a neighbor. he took all our info, said he needed a copy of our credit report, even though it doesn’t matter. So I said then why pull it if it doesn’t matter? He hem hawed Around then avoided the question. So he says all looks good let’s go to the finance man. So he takes us to the other side of this jacked up building, and says «Brian will be with you in a few, he takes his time.» Wth? Almost 15 minutes later Brian comes in and says almost immediately that he can’t finance us because my husband doesn’t have a license!!! I said whoa wait, they have known for almost 2 weeks that my husband doesn’t have a license, but now that I’m here it matters? We have had many other vehicles financed with my husband’s name and income, just registration and tags are in mine alone and he’s an excluded driver on my insurance. So he suggests going ahead with the paperwork AND down payment and THEY will give my husband 30 days to have his license or it’s null and void with down payment lost hahaha yea ok, color me stupid. MVA wants a hearing to reinstate hubby license and we all know that is not happening in 30 days. So of course I tell him no and I told him I felt like THEY were trying to steal my money knowing we are desperate and it was like kicking us when we are down. They then say ok well sorry we couldn’t help you. I was shocked they pulled this! Well it gets worse. We were almost 40 miles from home, they then tell my husband, I went out to smoke before I really went off, that they are NOT taking us home!!! They said they had other customers coming I, I said oh no you won’t while I’m out here!!! I told every customer that pulled up what they did and all but one left. Cabs were over $ 70 for us to get home, meanwhile pur neighbor had our son. They don’t let u see their cars until AFTER u fill out an application, then THEY tell u what u can have and won’t let you have a say at all. Their vehicles are hoopties to say the least, but we were desperate, but not that desperate. People have many bad reviews which I read and should have heeded, because now we have to wait til payday again because we had to pay for a ride home. They are dishonest and dishonorable. Do yourself a favor and stay away, and PLEASE share my true story!!! I couldn’t make such inconceivable lack of compassion or lack if empathy, let alone out and out liars, up. Payments there are between $ 189-​$ 202 every 2 weeks, on the I ternet it shows most cars at $ 6995-​$ 9995 when u get there THEY tell you it’s $ 10,995-$ 15,995 and financed over 3 ½ yrs. Most cars are 05 and older and have been in accidents. Crumpled bumpers, nicks colored with marker, smh a complete mess. Save yourself a headache and don’t but someone else’s junk from them, I’m almost sure they are probably cars that insurance companies have totalled out. Bunch of lying cheats work there, sad they have suckered some people.
