History

Established in 2010.

Animas Valley Landscaping (formally known as) was born in the Summer of 2008 in Durango, CO. However, in 2010 as AVL began to pick up a variety of general maintenance work, a name change was issued and is now known as AVL Property Maintenance. This change was to better represent the variety of services available. Victor Longinotti is the founder and sole owner, and because AVL is a small Durango based company, you will get a custom quality job done by the owner of the company himself.

Victor L.

Business Owner

Victor is originally from the East Coast and discovered Durango in 2004. While living back East and after moving to Durango, Vic had always been working jobs that included lawn care, rock work, sprinkler systems and irrigation, heavy machinery, and technical (ropes) snow removal from roofs. Realizing the opportunity, Vic opened his own business and now these are services that AVL specializes in. Like a true Durango local, during Victor’s free time he can be found on the slopes at Purg, kicking up some backcountry powder in the San Juans, or on one of the many mountain bike trails in the area.
