Wanting to share my love of the Four Corners area, I’ve made it my business to find homes here for others, as well as assisting folks who wish to sell their homes in the area. My listing inventory is diverse, from affordable starter homes, to spacious and graceful ranches. My clientele is also varied, made up of those who already reside in the area and are looking for a change, to those who are arriving in the Durango region for the first time.

John Ralph, of The Wells Group, calls Durango, Colorado his home. Resident of the area since 1979, John can hardly help but be involved in many of the outdoor opportunities that abound in the area, such as biking, skiing, and hiking. John and his wife, Bette, have a daughter, Jennifer, and a son, Brian, and are convinced there is no better pace to raise a family. Clean air, awe inspiring views, low crime rates, and a top-​ranking school system are only a few of the reasons Durango has seen a recent surge in popularity. Having a family has helped John become a superior Realtor, and as a result he has a broader perspective on the issues concerning either an individual or family and is sensitive to those needs.
