History

Established in 1927.

Kirk Komick and Diane Widfang opened the Leland House Bed and Breakfast in 1993 after extensive renovation of beautiful craftsman style building. Unique accommodations «off the beaten path» just one block off of historic Main Street in Durango, Colorado. Great accommodations, great location, and great staff.

Business Owner

Kirk is the innkeeper at the Leland House and Rochester Hotel in Downtown Durango. Kirk and his mother Diane began the transformation of Second Avenue with the renovation of several buildings on Second Avenue in the early 90’s and have been operating the Leland House for 20 years.
