Living in Texas and having tried Bojangles only once before while traveling in the area, I have to say this is by far the best fried chicken anywhere. The side items and great and the ice tea make this a must try if you want great chicken.

Well I didn’t eat their food, the service was so bad I cancelled my order. I have never had Bojangles and I was looking forward to it until the lady helping us was yelling at other employees, then when I asked her for recommendations she proceeded to say they had a line and were very busy, then she said that there were no recommendations and the menu was right there in front of me… to bad cause I love chicken and biscuits:/

Went through the drive thru a few nights ago on my way back to Raleigh from Durham. There were four cars ahead of me, which I figured wasn’t too bad. After ordering, I pulled up and waited for the line to move. Assumed one customer had a large order that was really holding things up. Well, one person went, then the next. Same deal. Spent over 25 minutes waiting for four cars ahead of me in drive thru. I figured I’d let it go if the food was hot. Well, it was not. Not even close to warm. And when I bit in to one of the fries, I got a mouth full of oil– there was a pocket in the fry that had held a good amount of the cooking oil, and I ended up with a mouthful of it. All the fries were this oily– their frier temp had to have been off. Needless to say, I will never be back– I should have gone down 70 a bit further to the other Bojangles.

One of the best Bojangles! Very clean and the staff is super friendly. They all actually seem happy to be working here. Makes for a pleasant experience. Service was quick and food was fresh. Go out of your way to eat at this one.

Definitely better then Popeyes! The iced tea is on point. The family deals are plentiful we ordered a lot at the drive thru and they ended up running the food out to us. The dirty rice, Mac and cheese all great sides. Not a fan of the coleslaw it’s a bit different!

Well if you are in the south and you haven’t tried… you have to get one of the breakfast biscuits. It has to be on everyone’s bucket list of artery clogging food. Just once… the place is a typical fast food joint with a funny name. The biscuits are def a notch below Bob Evans but a notch above KFC or Popeye’s. The egg biscuit is the best for me. The ham only… pass it up.

Man, I don’t know what’s been up with Bojangles in the past year or so. The food just is NOT the same anymore. My fav item was the cajun chicken sandwich. It used to be juicy, cajuny, delicious … and now … it’s just soooo bland. I can’t take it anymore. The fries I got with this order … ukhhhh. Tasted like they were from yesterday. Barely even served at room temp. I feel like I can honestly say that THIS last visit … will BE my LAST visit. RIP Bojangles.

It’s Bojangles. Obviously 5 stars. Wish it was open after 11pm, but for my health’s sake, I’m glad it’s not. :P

My first visit. Ordered: fried chicken — skin is not as crispy as Popeye’s but meat is tasty and tender dirty rice — love the wet rice with chunk of meat cole slaw — sour, will not order again iced tea — pretty good cajun chicken wrap — tasty too biscuits — love the crispy and tasty crust, and soft inside will come again if I visit the south

By far the worst Bojangles store in the Triangle. I’ve made the mistake of stopping here twice in the past year and both experiences were truly horrible. The first time I stopped was for breakfast. The biscuits were cold and hard, as if they had been sitting far too long and should have been thrown out. The sausage however, was under cooked and still cold in the middle. Obviously someone was in a hurry to get it off the grill. My second visit was even worse. I stopped after work, around 730pm to get some chicken. Immediately after ordering I was told there would be a 12 minute wait for my food and I should pull into a spot and they would bring it out to me. A wait for chicken, at a chicken place? Odd, but I thought it might be nice to have freshly cooked chicken so I opted to wait. Thirty five minutes later I had to walk inside to ask them where my food was. I was then told they had«forgotten about me» and was offered chicken from under the heat lamps. I could barley stop laughing long enough to tell them I wanted my money back and wouldn’t return. Needless to say I cant steer you far enough away from this location, nor can I more strongly recommend that district change the management and crew immediately.

I know, Chain Restaurant! I had never eaten here and my family from the south raves about it so I had to give it a try while I was in the area. I had a simple chicken dinner with fries and Cole slaw. This pretty much matches what I get a local chicken place back home so I though it would make a good head-to-head comparison. Chicken is fried crispy and crunchy and very juicy. Decent sized pieces and three pieces was just the right amount for me. I only like the dark meat and this is not everyone’s focus. The seasoned fries are tasty with just a hint of seasoning. Not underdone but certainly not overdone. I think this is a good balance. The Cole slaw was a weird concoction for me. It tasted like the cabbage was pickled and blanched. I assume this is a vinegar Cole slaw and not a creamy slaw that I am used to. This was not my taste. I could only muster two bites. I guess this is a warning for the northerners out there. If you’re not used to this tread lightly. To be frank, even the smell put me off. So Bojangles is OK by me. I would suggest KFC take note of what crispy chicken actually looks like and thank their stars that these aren’t around where I live.

I drove by this spot many times before deciding to stop in. I was not really sure what the menu until I dropped in. The hot biscuits and fried chicken is very good. The cajun spices give it a great taste along with the hot biscuits. the restaurant is clean and the service is not bad at all.

Every time I was in NC, I saw«Bojangle’s» sign and wondered what kind of fast food they were serving and how good the food was. Well, today, thanks to the Unilocal app on my iPhone, Bojangles popped up as one of the nearby places and I broke the ice and tried their food. It’s always exciting at the first time. Like anything else. :) I always want to eat salad first, for anti-aging and anti-obese purposes(hahaha!) So I ordered the«Garden Salad» $ 3.29(very nice and fresh!) and the«3pc Chicken Dinner» that comes a biscuit, a side and a drink. the Garden Salad was rather huge for the price of $ 3.29(Please see my photo.) The 3pc Chicken Dinner $ 6.39 was very good, especially the biscuit and the side(beans) but the chicken(thighs) had less meat than I had expected although the meat was so tender and juicy and the outside was nice and crispy.(please see my photos.) The drum stick was really good. But if you eat all the batter and skin part of the chicken, you will pretty much get filled. Although I said I wanted my ice tea unsweetened, it was a sweetened ice tea. Maybe they do not have unsweetened? I don’t know. I will find out next time if that comes. This is a great place if you want to have a good size fresh salad at a minimal price, enjoy great tasting buttermilk biscuits and the modest size juicy fried chicken.

Just like any other Bojangles in the morning, this one can have a line in the drive-thru. Sometimes they have employees outside taking orders, which is a plus because it helps the line go down faster. I usually stop by here if I have a meeting on Page Rd in the morning(which isn’t often). I’ve always had good service, food has always been hot and sweet tea has always been good. I’ve also been here for lunch/dinner a few times as well. I usually get the wing special, three wing dinner or the supreme dinner. They are all always great. No complaints.

Dear Bojangles, Your biscuits are out of this world. They are so fluffy yet dense, buttery and sweet, and I could eat them every single day of my life. I love your french fries. My breakfast sandwich and afternoon early dinner sandwich were both spectacular. Please please please please come open a location in NYC. I promise the lines will be out the door 24⁄7 and I will stop by daily. xoxo Weezy

So I basically frequent This location or the one on Airport Blvd(by hooters) for breakfast and to get my caffiene fix depending on where I’m staying. I gotta say these guys are efficent at getting you throught the drive through quick. When theres a bigger than average line one of the employees will come out a’nd take orders(even when its in the 20’s). And I’ve never had a mixed up order. The food — Their famous ice tea — ROCKS Their Chicken/Sasuage/Ham/Steak/Egg/Cheese biscuits are good and very inexpensive. I also like how they tape the receipt on the bag(need these for work.) One note — If you want unsweetened tea(I’m a yankee) you gotta make sure you let them know or you will get sweetened! What can I say, I go to this place every morning I’m in town…
