Been a customer of Rollie for almost 2 decades. I have recently needed more help than normal, to say that Rollie and his staff were helpful and responsive is a vast understatement. State farm took care of all our situations efficiently and professionally and with care. could not have or wanted more in an insurance agent or carrier.

Staff is very friendly and they always answer my questions right away. They seem to be very efficient and organized. I have never had difficulty getting ahold of someone at the office or getting a fast, professional response.
Only reason they don’t get 5 stars is they send you lots of notices in the mail. Every 2 months or so, I get a «Policy Review Notice» where basically they just want you to come in and discuss your policy. This is a waste of paper… I wish they would stop doing this.

This State Farm is run by Josh Stoler, but I’ve only interacted with Dana (another agent in the office).
Dana was very helpful, and the general feeling in this office seems to be younger and friendly. When I first got a quote, it was ridiculously high because I am a new driver (yes, I only learned to drive at age 23). Dana actually encouraged me to go next door to Geico because they might be lower.
So I feel the people in this office try their best to answer your questions and meet up with you regularly. Sometimes the various systems State Farm has in place don’t communicate well with each other. So when I changed my address, I had to tell them three times before the records were changed.
