In 2011, cousins, Michael Graniczny (CEO) and Brandon Raimondi (CFO) launched our luxury home business in the suburbs of Chicago. Since then, Michael’s sister, Jacklyn Graniczny, an accomplished interior designer, has joined the Firm. This team has built a reputation for creating beautifully crafted, quality homes with a relaxed elegance that reflect our clients’ budgets, personal tastes and lifestyles.

Collectively, we bring an extensive knowledge of building, a focus on stylish but practical design, expert financial analysis, a fresh outlook, and honest, timely attention to all aspects of construction management.

History

Established in 2011.

Building has been in our family for many years. Our President has been building new homes for over 15 years. In 2011, Sublime Development, LLC was formed to fulfill our vision of building high-​end semi-​custom homes as if we were building each as our own.

Jacklyn, our in-​house design director at Sublime Development, works closely with clients to select interior and exterior finishes that reflect the homeowners’ tastes and the unique style of each custom home. Our design manager enhances and simplifies the decision-​making process, bringing knowledge of industry trends, new products, and current design ideas. Jacklyn holds a degree in Interior Design.

A 2014 Top 40 Under 40 Home Builder, Mike helped launch Sublime Development in 2011 to design and deliver custom homes of exceptional character and lasting value. He brought a unique set of skills to the enterprise:

* Expertise as a seasoned home builder

* A strong sense of design

* A deep understanding of the Chicagoland real estate market

Mike takes a personal interest in every Sublime project. He participates in initial design work and directly manages each project team. He also personally monitors all aspects of the construction process, including purchasing, cost estimating, scheduling, code enforcement, and on-​site safety. He ensures the highest level of customer service and prompt follow-​through on any warranty work.

Prior to co-​founding Sublime Development, Mike worked in real estate development in the same capacity as a sole proprietor.
