History
Established in 1988.
As a family owned and operated business, which began in 1959 with Pat O’Gorman building custom and semi-custom homes in the southwest suburban areas. In 1988 his children joined creating Creekview Builders, Inc. and have developed and built several subdivisions in the Mokena area, such as, Creekview, Creekview West, Blackthorne Ridge and Crystal Creek. We are currently building homes in the Foxborough Estates and Boulder Ridge Subdivisions.

We are a family owned business and our father has been building since 1960 we joined in 1988 and have been building quality single family homes in the south suburbs since. We focus on what the buyer is looking for and are main goal is to give each of our homebuyers their dream home!
