We also have a property management division and work with tenants and landlords for residential and commercial properties. We are skilled with Active Adult communities in Middlesex and Monmouth Counties. Our Ocean Township office covers, Ocean, Spring Lake, Belmar, Bradley Beach, Asbury Park, Long Branch, Neptune, Ocean Grove, Deal, Monmouth Beach and other Shore communities, along with Marlboro Manalapan Freehold, Holmdale and Colts Neck. Our East Brunswick office covers Middlesex County and most of Mercer, Monmouth, Somerset and some of Union County.

History

Established in 2004.

Davis Realtors was established after a long history in Local Real Estate. Our founding members were formerly with Rollie Davis Realty, Inc, a well established firm since 1984.

Rollie Davis began her career in 1969 after being relocated with her young family three times in four years. She used these skills to become a leading Realtor in Middlesex County, and grow the firm into a local landmark.

Today her son has built Davis Realtors, with Rollie as the moral compass of the company. With more than 62 Sales Associates and three offices the company is one of the leading independent real estate brokerages in New Jersey.

Stuart D.

Business Owner

A second generation Broker/​Owner, Stuart Davis began his real estate career in 1985, shortly after graduating from the University of Delaware. After building a successful Broker/​Sales career Davis earned his Master’s of Science at the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, in NYC. He also earned his CCIM and CRB both the highest certifications offered by the National Association of Realtors.

Stuart is now leading a team of highly ethical, professional and motivated Real Estate Brokers and Sale Associates. He serves as Treasurer of the Middlesex County MLS and is on several committees for the Association of Realtors.
