I made a referral for a client to this facility and I found them to be very unprofessional and rude. I will not recommend this facility specifically the East New York location. I found the intake coordinator to be rude and whatever system (if any) is not working or beneficial to the clients.
I am not writing this review out of anger or spite. This review is based on three different interactions with the SAME intake coordinator.

This place is very terrible. Taking the advice of a couple of people, I decided to keep the male therapist that was assigned to me. This was a big mistake. He was very condescending, partial to the males that assaulted me, he didn’t let me discuss some of the things that were troubling me, and because of his lies some information on my medical record are inaccurate. I told him several times to seek clarification (as well as other therapists I’ve seen) instead of documenting false information, but he chose not to do so. He is very diabolical, but initially he was nice. I felt he was concerned about my well-​being, but I was wrong. According to this therapist, the clients who come here are illiterates and don’t meditate. He refused to give me my record until I involved a higher authority. Then they lied as a team to defend their clinic. Do not come here for your own good.
