They used to have the worst commercials!

We spent about 500 dollars on new carpeting for our daughters bedroom. The room had not been used for about a year after we put the carpet in until she returned from school. After vacuuming the carpet 4 times, a large section came up. a definite flaw in the carpeting! If the bedroom had been used right after the carpeting was installed it would have been ruined in 4 weeks because I would have vaccumed at least once a week.
I called the store to tell them about the problem. They told me that because I «had the carpet too long» they would charge me for sending someone out to inspect it. Furthermore it would cost me for them to fix it. I asked to speak to a manager and he was totally unwilling to listen or to help. This all happened approximately 1 year after it was installed.
If the management would like to fix this problem I would be happy to remove this review from Unilocal.If any consumer is reading this… That is proof that this business continues to ignore their customers. We had a legitimate problem that could have been easily fixed.
Please do not give this company your business.
