The walls are too thin to even have a low volume conversation. Staff is rude and not helpful to customers. Would not recommend for a stay.

Love coming here. Rooms are clean. People are nice. The morning desk girl was rude to two of her coworkers, but sweet as pie to guests.
They have convenient guest laundry. The coffee is good. Breakfast is fine. A very good deal for the price.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights becuase it was realitively cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel seems as if it hasn’t truly been updated since it was opened. The rooms weren’t dirty, but they definitely need to be updated. The curtains were fraying, there was painters tape left on the walls, the clock wasn’t set, the shower didn’t drain, and the list goes on. One of the biggest issues was how paper thin the walls were. I could hear full conversations of the people next to me and I swear I heard the people above me drop a bowling ball. If they would go through the rooms and clean up and pay attention to the small stuff I think they would be alright. The hotel staff was really friendly. This would have been a great hotel to stay at if I was only passing through, but we stayed 3 nights and just kept noticing the flaws. They did have a nice breakfast every morning that had waffles, pancakes, sausage, eggs, and few other things.

For Wenatchee, this is a place worth staying at. Nicely appointed and maintained, it’s close to all amenities. Great views of the Columbia River and Cascade Mountain range. I travel here on business and always stay at the Cedars.

Great price and value. Friendly staff. Clean room. Breakfast included. Great time.

I just spent one night here while visiting in laws, king size bed and very big room, clean, quiet and nice size flat screen in the hotel room.
The staff was extremely friendly and the indoor pool was awesome. They also had free breakfast and it was delicious.
They also have fresh coffee all day long. Also cookies after I think 8pm. All the floors have vending machines and a 7– 11 is right across the street and you can order pizza from the local pizza place in town.
I had a great experience, a lot of the reviews weren’t great for this place but I thought for the money you spend on the room it was worth it. Also it was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The room looked exactly like it showed on the website and the staff was extremely friendly outside of reviews I read.
I would recommend staying here and That it wasn’t as awful as some of the reviews made it sound.

What you see with pictures is not what you see when you are there. Terrible Terrible. I’d rather have stayed at a motel 6 than ever come back to this place. The lady I talked to was rude and acted like the last thing she wanted to do was deal with people. Will never stay here again. Plenty of other options to choose from.

stayed there for 1night in 2 queen bedroom. The room was small well kept with all the usual amenities. (wifi, oven, fridge, flat TV). The best part was indoor pool & a outdoor jaccuzi. really enjoyed them. Breakfast was included in the tarriff. Breakfast is put on in lobby & it gets really crowded in morning. Have to wait to find place to sit. Breakfast options are good. Overall worth for the money spent.

This hotel was just amazing!
We paid like $ 75 for it but it was really great — huge beautiful room with everything you can think of. They also have pool and outdoor spa — awesome!
I guess the hotel had been renovated recently. I would recommend it to anyone :)

Room wasn’t ready when we were told it would be at 3. Told it would be 5 pm before we could check in. I told them we would just continue traveling on and they told us we would still have to pay for the room. Haven’t even seen the room yet and I’m super impressed already!

No early check-​in, wouldn’t let us check in till 4pm. I asked if any rooms were available now and she stated it was their policy. Place was dirty, cleaning staff eating lunch in lobby (using all lobby tables). Never stay here again, would rather spend a little more at a better place.
Finally checked in, asked for 2^nd key (2-​adults in room) «Sorry Sir. I am running low on keys».
Last time I will stay here.

We started to get a little worried after reading other reviews of this place, but when we arrived, all of our concerns were lifted. It’s a perfectly lovely place to spend the night! And for the price, it’s really great. The service was good, the hallways and elevator were in need of a vacuuming, but the room itself was really nice. It was completely clean, very comfortable and really nicely decorated! We were definitely pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful night.

My family stayed here for a swim meet and due to no availability elsewhere we were stuck staying at Cedars. We asked for a non smoking room but our entire hallway smelled so strongly of smoke that it made our room smell. The tv wouldn’t work at all and we had to have a cable worker in our room to get it fixed but as soon as it was turned off it then wouldn’t work again. There was a hole in the ceiling with electrical wiring in it that appears to have been from a smoke detector. The room actually the entire hotel was so hot and stuffy that even with the AC running all night (when it was only 33 degrees outside) that sleeping was miserable. The breakfast was a joke my children couldn’t even cut their pancakes with the cheap plastic silver ware they had. My husband took one bite of eggs and threw his entire plate in the garbage. The final straw for me is that upon check out we wanted to pay in cash and my husband handed the clerk the money and yet he still ran out card. Not the end of the world I guess but inconvenient because we had budgeted with cash. Overall a crappy hotel and crappy service!!!

Sleep in your car! Filthy old hotel, very loud. Wish I had a photo, but a couch in a common area actually has a chunk of the arm rest ripped off. Staff was very rude to top it all.

Not the worst hotel but fat from the best. My 3 star rating is from my personal experience only. Meaning myself, I didn’t bring family with me.
I’ve stayed here for about 3 months total off and on over the last year. It’s a working mans establishment. What I mean by that is, expect about 95% of the guests to be tradesmen/​construction workers. As I am myself.
Those 95% are here on business. Expect to encounter men on their worst behavior because they finally got a chance to get away from their miserable lives at home.
Expect to hear your rude neighbors all night long yelling, arguing, and getting wasted because of this.
I’ve only had one issue here the first time I ever came here and that was with a local pimp and his hoochie girl friend. Seriously he was her pimp.
Anyways.
Come here if you just need a place to crash for a night or two without high expectations but what ever you do, do NOT bring your family. And when I say family I mean wife and children. It is not the environment for them.
Staff is always nice and polite and my room is always clean when I arrive but like a previous person said, the walls are thin. You can hear everything!

We stayed the night on March 29^th the place was busy so that’s great. What was not so great was the massive kids but hey it happens. We had an ok time and as expected didn’t sleep well. The thin walls were very thin (so thin you could hear people coughing next door) as I lay awake listening to someone else’s noise machine I found dirt in my bed. Then my min went wild! I’m still itching and praying its in my mind. Come on how could a busy hotel be so neglectful as to not wash the sheets. I noticed a could things like the smell of strawberries? What’s that hiding and then the sheets that would normally smell like bleach didn’t… I could live with the bad paint job in the bathroom and the back of the bathroom door with water damage but then… I checked under the bed! I found a receipt from the 26^th?! Are you kidding me?! When checking out the girl at the front desk asked how our stay was… I told her. Oh… So will that be charged on your credit card?! Wow!!! I think next time I’d be happier sleeping in my car…

I was not happy with the front desk staff. Not only did we have to give our credit card information but we had to pay $ 100 cash deposit. When we went to check out, they came up to the room to verify we didn’t take anything and told me I couldn’t be in the room if my husband was checking out. I had to take my disabled son out in the cold so my husband could check us out. I do not recommend staying here.

Despite being quite a drive away, we decided to stay here for the weekend as opposed to staying in Leavenworth. The prices here were much more reasonable.
Ended up being pleasantly surprised by the service there. The guy at the desk was super polite and friendly. We got there a bit early but our room was ready and he let us check in. They offered complementary breakfast and it included a good variety of food. Freshly cooked eggs, sausage, and sausage gravy, as well as the usual pastries, waffles, cereal and fruit.
The room itself was pretty clean (as clean as hotels usually get). Maybe a little outdated, but that didn’t bother me. The bed was comfy and the shower water was warm. That’s what mattered most to me. I was able to sleep very nicely. There wasn’t any annoying noises inside or outside.
I would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to stay without breaking your budget.

Booked 2 nights here for a wedding last weekend. A day and a half before check-​in we found we were only going to need one of the nights I had reserved, so I called right away to cancel the first night. The gal on the phone informs me I am outside of the 48 hour cancellation timeframe. 48 hours? wow. I asked if there was anyway she could work with me, since I just missed the time… No, I would be charged $ 222 for one night. Ugh.
After I hung up the phone, I was thinking to myself that most hotels I’ve stayed at only need 24 hours notice for changes. I decided to check their website to make sure she was giving me correct info, and found that their website says «24 hour cancellation notice policy». When I called back she informed me that it was Octoberfest in Wenatchee, so the policy is different for «special event weekends». I told her that when I made my reservation I was never informed of any «special policy» and that they should honor what the online reservation system stated. She kept repeating herself, saying it was a «special event weekend» and there was nothing she could do. I was getting frustrated because I was within timeframe listed on their website, and I frankly didn’t care that it was Octoberfest. After this went on and on, I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. She promptly told me she would change it for me «just this one time» but in the future I needed to be aware of «special event weekends» in the Valley. Mmmkay, no.
Room was cheaply done, but the heater worked, and there was sheets and pillows. Our feet were dirty after walking around on the carpet while getting ready… ewww.
A different girl checked us out, she was very friendly. Final thought… for your money, there are much better hotels across the river in North Wenatchee.

Decided to stay in this place while visiting with a client in Quincy. I’d have to say this place has some potential but fell a bit short.
This place is on the seedy side of Wenatchee, come to think of it, all sides of Wenatchee is a bit seedy. Hotel itself was reasonably clean, rooms were nice enough, clean and room and fitted with a fridge and microwave. Furniture smacks of cheap, cheap comforters, cheap pillows, cheap furniture, etc. They do have a small pool which is ok for a quick dip. They also offer a pretty decent free breakfast.
Downside is that this hotel is located next to a highway so it can get a bit noisy. Also the air condition in my room would not work and the desk clerk gave me a bit of a hassle about changing rooms. 100 degrees out and she’s giving me crap. They lost a star or two there.
But for the buck (69 bucks a night), this place isn’t bad.
