Coast Wenatchee Center Hotel

Has a sky bridge to the convention center. Nice pool and fitness room. Room was plain and simple and a bit dated No frills here but the price was right. Clean and spacious. Great location and lots of adjacent parking close to room.

Everything was alright here. Nothing spectacular. Hotel felt a bit old.

Stayed here ⁴⁄₁₂. Was pleasantly surprise. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room service menu was limited but food was reasonable price arrived within 15 minutes and was truly hot not luke warm. Guestroom was exceptionally clean. Bed was so comfortable with many pillows. Will definitely return and recommend highly

Love this hotel. The staff is very helpful and the manager Frieda did a great job getting our points added to the rewards card.
Hubby travels a lot for work and I join him on conferences. This hotel has great food, clean rooms and a staff who really goes the extra mile in customer service. 5 star service.

I travel a lot and this place has become a home away from home. The staff are ON IT. They are always pleasant, funny, easy to get along with. The pool is beautiful. It is lovely to have a restaurant on the top floor with great food. We are not talking fancy stuff, just great food. I enjoy that there is a bar available for all my libation needs. They make drinks just they way I want them. This isn’t the most up to date hotel, but it is clean, friendly and oh, did I mention the libations! Going back this month, again. So glad they are there for me.

This wonderful local hotel has so many wonderful things going for it. The staff at the front desk have been very helpful, the rooms are nicely appointed and the indoor-​to-​outdoor pool and two hot tubs are a relaxing benefit as well!

Currently staying here right now after a day in Leavenworth. Hotel is ok! But the RESTAURANT, RIVERTOP BAR AND GRILL SUCKS! We call in for a room service at 8:30 only to find out that they CAN’T because they have a function and I was asked to walk down across the street if I want food. Well I say that is BULLSHIT! NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!

The rates are reasonable and the location is excellent. Desk clerk workers are friendly and helpful. Located not far from Public Market, a beautiful park, and the convention center.

It’s what you expect from a middle tier hotel. It’s clean and rooms are ok size. If you like to exercise when staying in a hotel I’d go for a run outside. Fitness room is like a large closet and stuffy. The pool is cool, it’s inside and outside.
Staff was friendly but not chatty friendly. Hotel is starting to show signs of being dated.
That being said you gave limited options in the area and I haven’t had a bad experience in my three visits.

I am sorely disappointed in this hotel. It is WAY overpriced for what you get. I could go to the Hilton for $ 150 a night (The coast costs $ 141/​night) and get waaayyy better service, comfort and peace of mind.
Minuses
1. Restaurant is CLOSED on Sunday’s — they don’t allow you to leave the hotel if you have a pet, yet they don’t make food accessible to you. So, if you are with a softball group and get left behind without a car, and you have a pet, your existence is miserable — especially if you have a very active child under 10 with you.
2. Fridges in rooms don’t work
3. Long stays with families are not feasible as there are only 3 drawers and the wardrobe is only 2.5′ wide.
4. Pool only goes 3’6″ deep
5. Restaurant is way overpriced for the quality and taste of the food they give you.
6. When they clean the room, they don’t give you more bathing soap even though you’ve used up the other soap
7. They don’t have movies on demand (especially sucks when they won’t let you leave the hotel)
8. Rooms are highly outdated (you think for $ 141/​night PER room that they could afford to make the rooms more comfortable and relaxing)
Pluses:
1. Pet fee is only $ 11 for the entire stay (not per night)
2. Employees are very nice (except for the one that forbid me to leave — she copped an attitude and escalated the situation when ALL she had to do was sincerely apologize and offer a list of local delivery eateries)
3. Surprisingly, even though the beds feel very stiff, they are actually quite comfortable and I have hip problems if a bed is too rigid
4. TV has a guide so you can see what’s on TV and upcoming for each channel

Hotel is NOT accessible for individuals that use wheelchairs, scooters and or walkers. Rooms are VERY small and have wall to wall furniture. The beds are on closed platforms therefore the use of a lift is not possible. If you require a roll away in order to accommodate someone in a mobility device be prepared to pay more. No exterior or interior doors have push buttons or sensors again trapping those with mobility issue. The 1^st floor is located by the pool, chorine is an interesting perfume. The food is on par with Denny’s. The day time front desk staff need a great deal of education on public relations, and on interacting with individuals with disabilities. I stayed with a large group for a conference. This hotel maybe good for single travelers staying a night. For families or those staying multiple nights I suggest staying elsewhere.

The place is ok got a nice pool and hot tub the 9^th floor has a really nice bar and restaurant with good prices but the hotel itself and the rooms are just OK they’re in need of an upgrade I’m on the 8^th floor and I could hear I’m cleaning the 9^th floor the walls are thin I could hear my neighbors on both sides of me

Good Hotel of the price. nice pool/​hottubs indoor/​outdoor. great view of river and mountains. friendly staff, clean rooms spacious. I would request a riverview, and at least 3^rd floor.

I stay in Wenatchee about once every five years. This used to be my hotel of choice. Now, I would not stay here even if it were free.
Upon entering the room the smell of room deoderizer was quite noticeable. Later, when I entered the bathroom the smell of urine was as strong as a really bad public restroom.
Unfortunately, there is no way to open the window to dissipate the room odors. My wife seemed to sleep through it okay, but she had the bed most distant from the bathroom.
I considered trying to sleep in our car, but finally settled on getting up at 4:00 a.m. to drink coffee in the lobby.
The fifth floor hallway had a very strong odor of room deoderizer when we arrived, but it had improved to an acceptable level by morning.
The hotel staff was very nice in all respects. The person at the front desk offered to move us to a different room, but I didn’t want to wake my wife because she has a hard time going back to sleep.
On the positive side, the room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. It is unfortunate that the hotel management has not learned the importance of avoiding room deoderizers at all costs. This is especially true when there is no access to outside air.

I stayed in this hotel for a weekend getaway curtesy of groupon.
We arrived and they checked us in but had to put us in a room with two queens instead of my asked for king. The manager did write us a very badly written apology and gave us a bottle of wine no biggie.
The biggest pro for this hotel was the shuttle that drove us to all our wine tastings and dinner!
The biggest con us the breakfast buffet is not delicious at all and costs 11 a person.
I think I would stay here again if I came back, since it seems to be the best hotel in this area.
They also have a nice pool which I didn’t use so I’m indifferent

This is a 2 – 3 star hotel, along the lines of a Choice International Hotel chain.
We had a late check-​in, and the front desk was kind enough to give us driving directions in due to the main road being closed for construction.
Shared a room with two queen beds with my friend. There was some evidence that this was an older room that had been remodeled and the big hole in the wall near the ceiling was weird along with some maintenance issues like scrapes in the paint. The bathroom didn’t have a fan so I boiled while I took a shower and got dressed.
No free breakfast at this hotel and breakfast was not served after 10 with the only restaurant closing down for hours between meals, so that was not convenient for time nor our schedule. Was told we got a free newspaper but it never arrived the 3 mornings we were there. The front parking lot was full so we had to park in the back lot then walk all the way around to the front since the hotel doesn’t have an entrance from the back lot.
There was a 18″ flatscreen TV which was nice. The AC was on full blast since it was 100 F+ the whole time we were there and it finally got cool enough in the early hours of the morning. The beds were too soft for our taste but lots of blankets and pillows to choose from.
I’ll be staying somewhere else next time I go to Wenatchee.

This is a surprisingly nice hotel all around, especially for a smaller city like Wenatchee. Its located right in downtown with river views and a indoor connection to the convention center.
The building is nine stories high so your chance of a view room is high but if you don’t land a good one you can spend sometime upstairs in the surprisingly good restaurant and bar on the top floor.
oh, I almost forgot… watch out for the elevator it has a mind of its own ;)

Solid hotel, and a nice choice for my anniversary.
As far as the room goes, not bad. Clean room, HDTV, decent bed. One nice thing is that the toilet and the sink are in different areas, so one person can be getting ready to go out while the other is showering/“toileting”. There’s no fan in the toilet/​shower room, which is a tad annoying, but livable.
The parking lot isn’t huge, but it’s free and off the street, so that’s nice. There did appear to be a pool there. The WiFi wasn’t earth-​shatteringly amazing, but it certainly did the trick. Just accept the terms and conditions once, and you’re good to go.
One cool thing is that they have the rooftop restaurant. If you’re in the mood for a meal, or even a late-​night drink, there’s a restaurant on the top floor. You can sit up there and have a fairly nice view (ninth floor) while sipping on your adult beverage of choice. Nice way to end a day…

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. There’s a pool and whirpool inside (fairly heated) and outside that were open when we went in late December. All of this made for a perfect less than 24 hour stay at the Coast Wenatchee. We took a last minute trip to Leavenworth and of course, all the hotels in town were sold out. I am happy we stayed in Wenatchee, though. I have never really spent time in the town and it was nice to experience a little bit of it. We almost stayed at the Holiday Inn Express simply because I am more familiar with the brand from previous stays, but Coast Wenatchee is right next to the historic downtown strip, a better option than being around fast food chains and the like.
We even mistakenly booked the wrong night and when we didn’t show, the staff called us to make sure it wasn’t a mistake and were happy to reserve is a room on the correct night, no hassles. Definitely had an all-​around good experience at my first Coast hotel.

I just finished a 4 night stay here and don’t have any complaints. We got a decent rate on
and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is great because there are a bunch of tasty places to eat within walking distance. Basic amenities were included in the cost and free wifi was available in the room so that’s a huge plus in my book.
When I come back to this area I will be staying in the same hotel.
