Business Owner

Linda Fleming, CPA

Linda Fleming is the Managing Partner and Co-​Founder of Dubois & Fleming Associates. Linda brings a broad accounting background to her clients ranging from her tax, compliance, internal audit & public accounting, and expatriate cost management experience. Prior to co-​founding this practice in 2009, Linda was with the audit department of Deloitte & Touché for several years. Her experience also includes Bristol-​Myers Squibb, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Linda also previously launched a private tax compliance and consulting practice for small businesses. Linda is an active lecturer on various tax and financial topics.

Nadine Dubois, CPA

Nadine Dubois is the Managing Partner and Co-​founder of Dubois and Fleming Associates. Prior to co-​founding this practice in 2009, Nadine was an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touché where she focused on financial assurance within the financial services industry. She subsequently served as a consultant for Makosi, inc.
