After spending 20 years in corporate information technology and rising through the ranks from a developer to a senior IT executive, I carried the passion of helping people understand and utilize technology in a way that makes their lives better.

Over the years I watched technology evolve in terms of power and computing capacity, yet at the same time regress into an industry that emphasizes speed and size over suitability and replaces customer service and appreciation with the lowest price.
