Mike snaked our neighbor’s drain at our condo and simply pushed the «plug» below their unit and it flooded ours back through our bathroom sink. Not a major issue other than the clean up and more snaking, but Mike’s refused to come out and clean up the mess or continue to snake the drain. You would think a plumber working to snake a third floor condo would be smart enough to know that simply pushing the plug a few feet isn’t going to help. But even worse is a plumber that simply doesn’t recognize that they didn’t complete the job and refused to come back out to help fix the problem. Perhaps small claims will look at it my way when I take them to court to get the money I paid to Top Notch Plumbing who came in and out in 30 minutes and snaked the enter drain and did it right the first time. Cant’ wait until the markets change and these small time guys are looking for work… they won’t get ours.
