Excellent… My initial expectation (I hadn’t read Unilocal reviews ahead of time) was that the job would just be so-​so, just enough to get the job done and be gone. I was pleasantly surprised how good a job these two very hard working, very pleasant ladies did. My one bedroom rental condo in Hillcrest could now pass a «white glove» inspection. The price was fair and I definitely will call Garcia cleaning again.

I don’t know what they use to clean things, but the ladies got my home cleaner than I ever could over the years. They must use some special magic products. The biggest plus was they were done cleaning within an hour.
I totally recommend this company!

I was in need of a good house cleaning quick before moving into a new place, the former tenants had trashed the house and left it extremely dirty. I was lucky enough to get some help without any notice Vivian and Maria came in and did a fantastic job they exceeded all of my expectations, were very detail orientated and friendly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

Super happy with Garcia cleaning! The ladies that came to my old condo were so incredibly nice! It was Maria and another gal, I didn’t get her name but it seemed like she’s been with the business a while so maybe she’s a manager?
I moved out of my condo and needed it cleaned before I gave the landlord the keys back. I normally would have done that myself but I just started school the week before and had no time to do it.
The girls came in and had the whole place done in 2 hours and 20 min. It was practically sparkling afterward! I cooked there quite a bit so the over looked well used. Maria made it look like it had never been used! It was spotless!
I will be calling them again to set up regular cleaning at my new house once I get settled in. I’m very happy with their services =)

I would give them 10 stars. The ladies were freaking amazing. I am not the cleanest person and the Amt of work they had to clean my tub was impressive. If you ever questioned who to hire this is where it’s at. I am so impressed. And they were so sweet and finished in record time for a super good price.

I was in constant contact with Lorenzo up until the date of my cleaning. If I left a message he was always sure to call back. I had my home cleaned after I had moved from my rental. The ladies did a wonderful job, I even had to ask if they did weekly cleaning for our new home! (bummer they don’t) I would recommend and use them again.

These guys kick butt! I used them to deep-​clean a filthy condo after tenant move-​out. I scheduled the cleaning with Lorenzo, and pricing was fair and they were available relatively soon. Vivian and crew (two other ladies) showed up and got to work. I was concerned when they called me after just four hours and said they were done. Amazingly, the place looked very clean! They even walked me through the place to make sure I was satisfied. I found a few minor missed areas later, but they were just that — relatively minor. And given the filthy starting condition of the place, I remain impressed! I would highly recommend. I have five rental properties and will definitely be using them again.

I cant say enough good things about this companies excellent service. They are always prompt, do a magnificent job, are very friendly and a great value for what the high level of service that they provide.

They cleaned our rental house before we moved and did a fantastic job! They made the place look better than when we moved in and we got our full deposit back! To top it off they were kind and quick!

We used Garcia Cleaning after we moved out of our home to get it ready for a rental. The ladies did a great job. They cleaned the windows inside and out, the whole house, the base moulding looked amazing. It definitely gave me one less thing to worry about! Would definitely recommend and use again.

Very good service. I called and got a next morning appointment.
They did windows — bathrooms — grout and came with shop vacuums at my request. It was one lady and I was a bit shocked at how much she cleaned and how great it looked. When she left it looked like a whole cleaning crew had been there.
Most impressive were the windows. (This lady lifted them off of their tracks and cleaned them.) When I came back they were so clean that it looked like there was no glass at all. The cost was very reasonable in my opinion.
I would recommend them for move out cleaning, or construction clean-​up.

Amazing. The place looked like it did the day I moved in. Even better! Friendly, both on the phone and in person. Great job. They cleaned everything throughly including the fridge and the oven. Before leaving they made sure I was satisfied. Would recommend them to my friends. Just don’t be in a time crunch. Good cleaning can take some time.

dust and leave. They are very industrious, use quality cleaning products and a
lot of elbow grease to get the job done quickly and effectively. They go the

window tracks to assure that windows operate properly. They have wonderful
