The prices are very reasonable .They have a wide catalog ranging from aux cords headphones chargers and phones cases. When you go in just ask from Branden. He’s the best. He always helps me .

I shattered my 6s screen today. Boo. Sha-​do-​bee shattered! Checked out ratings on Unilocal and then called. Al told me on the phone he could help me out today so I came on in. Really could not wait a day ’cause there was no «safe» area on my screen any more — would be slicing off my finger prints!
I brought a book because what else can one do when waiting and NOT being able to look at their phones right? He said 45 minutes, but was done in less than ½ that!!!
Got a great 1st repair discount and a screen protector to help next time I try to see if my phone will bounce off the sidewalk — hopefully no time soon, but I know where to come if I mess up again. Thanks Al

What a joke of a place. I dropped off my phone to have the screen fixed, got a quote and left it there. A month later they called to inform me that the threw my phone away cause they broke it completely. They dont know there head from there ass! Wont ever use them again and will never recommend them to anyone!

I took my phone to a competing repair place and they broke my phone digitizer costing me a lot of money, they didn’t guarantee their work, they told me that nobody does. Well, they are wrong because iRepair does. They stand behind their work, the work is done well and that it is done on time with knowledgeable and friendly staff. They helped me with another phone as well … very helpful and great experience I will be back again and again

Update: we removed the glass ourselves. I peeled it off by placing a playing card between the screen and glass. No damage was done our screens.
3 months after my husband had his screened repaired/​replaced it completely FELL OUT !!

I’ve repaired 3 different iPhone screens through irepair over the past few years and have had excellent service every time. They used to have a kiosk and now have a store near Vons off Birch Rd. I just repaired my iPhone 6 plus screen yesterday. Only took about a half hour so I just waited inside with my family. Kids enjoyed waiting there because they have a little kids corner with 2 iPads with games to play on. Hubby had the remote to the tv and was able to watch what he wanted on TV while waiting. Plus they have jolly ranchers and water for customers while waiting. Vince helped us and was great. Good customer service and speedy. It’s so convenient to have this location in Otay Ranch area. They also sell accessories like screen protectors, cases, cables, etc. I definitely recommend this place if you want to repair your phone screen.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I took my phone in on tuesday because the screen was cracked. They told me it would be $ 100 to fix. I paid the $ 100 and literally the next day, my phone cracked when it fell on carpet. My original screen never cracked when it dropped on carpet, only on concrete. Obviously the issue is their crappy screen quality. The next day when I went back, they told me I had to pay a «discounted» price of $ 85 to fix the screen again! I wouldn’t trust this place, obviously their quality is not up to par with their prices.

Great customer service ! Branden, was great helping me out with what I needed ! My iPhone had a problem with the headphone jack. It said that it had the jack plugged in but my headphones weren’t. He changed it for a new one and its great! Definitely coming back if my phone has difficulties !

Months back, I had my Galaxy s5 glass replaced here, and after going back four times, the glue would not hold down my screen causing it to shatter in the corner when dropping 5 inches onto my kitchen counter.
I attempted to go back to have them replace it, and even PAY for it again and the manager refused to touch the phone because it was all one piece, which it isn’t, only the glass not LCD as well. Although what makes this place even worse, is that when handling the situation his associate had to do all the talking because the manager Mike was too busy flirting off with two young girls to come and talk to me himself. Great associate for trying to help me, terribly unprofessional management and service.

Omg what a life saver!
I was in SD visiting my best friend when I dropped my iPhone right on the screen and it completely cracked.
I started to panic because I didn’t want to wait until I go back home to L. A to fix it.
Luckily I found this awesome place that is really close to my friend’s house.
Mike is the best– fixed my phone really fast and with great care.
