Simply put a pleasant experience. Tom called to confirm the night before. His assistant and he arrived early and went straight to work. The work was thorough and efficient. When finished, Tom walked through and gave suggestions and indicated areas that were likely to be issues in the future and offered advice to prevent further soiling. Tom is polite and courteous. I can see why he is highly recommended. It is nice to witness and owner doing the work.
