My Real Estate career began in 2005. I started with a small brokerage in San Diego. I became a Real Estate Broker in 2011 and started Premier Realty & Investments. I was referred to Saad Hallak by my best friend. Since I was looking to be a first time home owner, I needed someone who was trustworthy. My best friend used Saad Hallak and he said he was great. I took his word for it and boy was he right! Upon first meeting Saad, I got a really good vibe. He was very professional and polite. He seemed like someone who knew his stuff. He was very persistent when dealing with me as far as keeping in touch, finding out my needs, etc. He even gave me pointers on the units we saw together. He helped me as if he was purchasing a home for himself. That’s what I’m talking about! Grade A service! I would recommend his expertise to everyone and have already passed his card along to a couple of friends. Escrow closed and I got my keys! THANKS A MILLION, SAAD!

My home buying experience was wonderful, thanks to Saad’s patience, deep knowledge of the real estate market and his negotiation skills. I was a first time home buyer, and truly appreciated Saad’s hard work in getting me up to speed on the intricacies of real estate market. He doesn’t really deal with property rentals, but suggested I tried craigslist. I told him I had an issue where I had rented a house that was foreclosed on, and he not only gave me some tips on how to check for this, but also said if I find a place I could call him, and he would check it out and make sure they were current on their mortgage for me. Just based off of his personality and willingness to help a complete stranger out shows a lot about his character as a person. If you’re looking to buy a house, he should definitely be your first choice, because he will have your best interests at heart.

Used Saad Hallak as our realtor to find us the perfect home. We started the process into buying a home back in October 2010. A little less than a year later Sept 23rd 2011 we were all ready to do the move in. During the search Saad Hallak helped us with staying in touch, phone, E-​mail and site visits with in 24hrs. Helped us view many homes through out southern and eastern san diego. Chula Vista, Spring Valley and El cajon were the places that we had interests in all. Showed us all the Pros and Cons on each individual home.
I personally think that his great Experience, professionalism, and personal attitude is what will drive him to a full success in his great bright future.

I used Saad Hallak when I sold my condo and he did a fantastic job. The market is so unpredictable right now and he was able to sell it within 2 months.
