History

Established in 2004.

Joe started working for a family owned brokerage, Home Builders Marketing Inc., here in El Cajon in 2004. They sold thousands of properties all over the state for a local San Diego builder, Pacifica Inc.

In 2005 he was quickly promoted to Sales Manager & ran the 12 person sales team in Riverside & San Ramon (Bay Area) before returning back to San Diego in late 2007 before the market crashed. Adjusting to the market, he joined Weichert Realtors Elite in Mission Valley & quickly became a Top Producer in the REO (bank owned) & Short Sale Market. Weichert was the largest REO franchise in San Diego from 2008 – 2011.

Once the housing market improved, Joe moved to Keller Williams Realty International in 2011 and joined «The Team You Need» at the La Mesa office off of Avocado Blvd. Not only is Keller Williams Realty the highest selling brokerage (325 Realtors) in East County but Joe continues to be a Top Producer among them each and every year!
