History

Established in 2006.

The Business was estatblish by John Costigan as a corporation to house a team of REO professionals who would work inside of a traditional real estate office. The team completed between 50 and 100 REO sales per year. In the last 2 years we have transitioned to Distressed property services and back to traditional sales. We were located at Prudential California Realty till August of 2012 now we have our own office where we have the freedom to offer specialized service to our clients.

John worked for 5 years selling homes that have been foreclosed upon. He has extensive experience with short sales and helping home owners retain their homes in difficult situations. John has been serving the needs of home buyers and sellers in the San Diego area for 24 years. John enjoys helping people with all of their real estate needs. We have helped numerous buyers buy their first home or move up to their dream home. John has also helped people build large real estate investment portfolios.
