The people I’ve come across here are so sweet and helpful! The owners, Cindy and Stephen, have years of experience with repairs and merchandise, ranging from watches to glasses to jewelry. Fast, friendly, and attentive service. I went in a few weeks ago to get a ring sized that I received for Christmas. They were able to size it in an hour, which was incredibly convenient. My ring size is a little strange. In the past, my left middle finger was a 5, but when I had it measured here, we decided to go with a 5 ¼ because the 5 sample ring would not fit, and the 5 ½ sample ring was too big. Once I got my ring back, I noticed it was a bit too big as I was driving home. I came back for their opinion on it, but we talked about how people’s fingers expand in the heat, so I decided against making it smaller. It’s been a few weeks now, and I’m still not wholly comfortable with the size of the ring, but I probably won’t get it resized again because I’d rather it be a bit big than too small. They were nice enough to call and check on how my ring was doing the Saturday after I got it sized. They offered to resize it again at no cost if I wasn’t happy with it after wearing it for a few days. I thought that was great customer service. I will definitely visit them again for my future jewelry needs.

I went in to get my ring resized and I was so impressed at how good of a job they did and it only took an hour! I will absolutely be coming back here! They were so nice too. :)

Family-​owned business dedicated to top-​notch service. They were courteous, friendly, and efficient. They offer reasonable and low-​cost services and I really appreciate their help. I had a Pandora bracelet that was yellowing/​tarnishing and asked for them to help me clean it. They cleaned my bracelet in about 5 minutes and it looks as good as new! The tarnish is gone and it’s super shiny and silver. I am very pleased with the results! Thanks for the awesome service and I definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs repairs/​cleaning! This place is the BEST! Honest, so reasonable and super FAST. Wonderful Asian man repaired the prongs on my wedding ring in 10 min. He allowed me to watch him and charged me only $ 40, vs. the $ 98 and $ 115 quotes I got from the jewelers in the mall — and they needed to send the ring out, so it would take a week! To top it off, he polished it and gave me 30% off for being a 1^st time customer. Needless to say, he will get ALL my and my friends business in the future. Thank you!

Family-​owned watch and jewelry repair, friendly owners, spacious store, and fast service! Don’t waste time with other repair shops; make it a quick trip at Xpress. I came in to have my watch checked out (it was running slow by 30 minutes per day, but nothing was wrong with the battery???), and they were done fixing it in less than 10 minutes. Haven’t had any problems since. Will definitely return for future jewelry repair needs. Highly recommend. :)
