They are the BEST ! Was locked out of my car, I called CBM TOWING they were here within minutes and their VERY affordable, Great Service ! And they’re 24 hours :) THANK U !

I did not see the no parking sign! The towing company was really nice and helped me out the prices were not bad I have been in a lot worse situations!

I have used the services of this tow company more than once, and will continue to do so. Fast, friendly, affordable services for just about any jam you might get yourself into. Most recently, I ran over a curb at a shopping center where exit driveway used to be prior to construction (stop sign and «no left turn sign» we’re still there!). Anyhow, it was an embarrassing situation (see pics). Called CBM and they remember their return customers by name, which was very nice. I explained the urgency of the situation… not only because my vehicle was blocking cars, but also because of the embarrassment and panic over having to get to work on time. CBM arrived within 20 minutes. Driver was very nice! I called the number again to compliment, and owner himself answered. Good people, honest small town business, affordable, friendly. They value their customers, I value their excellent service. Thanks CBM!

Got my cat towed, 290 for release. Ugh. Had to wait quite awhile too… hopefully you dont need to come here.

Just had my car towed 3 miles. Was told by the dispatcher that it would be $ 40. So I cancelled the previous tow. Once the guy Towed it he charged us $ 65. The two driver was nice and loaded the car no problem but the fact they charged us more after is really sketch. Will not use them again.

They were hired to enforce parking at my apartment complex and do nothing. I came home one night and some jack ass was blocking my parking spot. I called CBM and the guy who answered the phone put the phone d situation and asked them to come tow the car out of my spot. They refused to come out and did nothing to help me out in my situation.

if your are in a spot and you want to ensure your car will be damaged… then give CBM Towing a call. They promise to hook to your custom rims, damaging them and then will tell oh not our fault!!!

Had a horrible experience with them.
Showed up over an hour later. I was stranded in Alhambra and they are in El Monte and it was very early in the morning. Once they showed up the driver was very rude and would not speak to me. While he was driving me back home with my car he was swerving his huge tow truck because he was on his cell phone!!!
Once I got home they charged me $ 90 to take my care no more than a mile to my house. I got on the phone with CBM’s office and the customer services SUCKED!!! The guy was super rude and obviously only cared about getting his money!!!
DO NOT CALL THEM!!!

Motor blew out on 710 freeway near Florence ave I was stuck on shoulder with my 3 kids. I called Cbm in El Monte cuz my shops down the street they asked me few locating questions and they found me on shoulder within in 30 minutes driver knew what he was doing and complete professional Highly recommend this company for all your tow needs.

The guy didn’t have one of the tools to change my spare tire and In the middle of the night the only thing left to do was just tow my car home -.- what a waste of my money. I will not be calling them again.

My insurance agency referred me to these guys. Somehow the car got locked while the engine was running. My wife always turns on the car to get it going while getting my daughter ready without a problem. But this morning, the auto lock somehow got triggered. In any event, called up CBM and they were there within 20 minutes. The cost was very fair and the guys were very friendly.

Really, am I going to give a place 5 stars for towing my car without me requesting them to? Um, no.
So since Temple City now dictates who can park on the stretch of Rosemead where I live (without notifying anyone, especially those of us who live under what’s considered San Gabriel), my dad parked his car in a drugstore parking lot to avoid getting a ticket and because it was too late to get an overnight pass. Ok, it wasn’t too late, we were just trying to stick it to The Man.
Well, The Man, aka, some tattetale at the drugstore called CBM and towed the car, much to our dismay at 6am in the morning. After finally figuring out who towed the car, we made our way over to CBM. The guy at the counter was nice enough and informed us that if we’d picked up the car after hours we would have paid $ 95 extra… thankfully, that wasn’t the case.
It’s a small towing place, a tad skeezy looking, but the guy was nice. The fees weren’t too bad (about $ 200) but still totally inconvenient. I don’t think I’d ever use them again if I actually WANTED my car towed, especially since I already have AAA, but I don’t want to give them a bad review under the circumstances. They were nice enough and I’m sure, if you can’t find your car after you parked it at Walgreens, it’s resting safely at CBM.
