Not even Close.
A clean and modern place with absolutely no charm, atmosphere or character. The food is unauthentic and uninspired, you could make better phở with Swanson stock and some noodles. Service was typical El Paso… untrained and clueless. With Phở Tre Bien opening nearby, this place won’t be here long.

The Phở was just OK. Not as good as other places in town, here it was kind of bland with not enough flavor… like the broth was weak. The place is nice and the service was great. Everyone was friendly. Might go back and try the other dishes.

Location. Service. Price. I’ve been back several times for these three reasons. The phở is tasty and comes out pretty quick if they’re not packed. For the price it’s just the right size @ ~$ 8.50/bowl. The perfect lunch break on a cold day.
Many places in town DO serve a larger option… for a higher price. Perhaps they will offer an upgrade option in the future but it’s so conveniently located and the staff is always so warm and attentive. Try it!

Picked up phở to go last night. I got beef phở and my wife got fried rice. The combo fried rice was very good. Well made and not too heavy. The phở was good. It was kind of small. I’ve never actually finished phở when I go to places like phở the bien. Also, the phở sides was kind of skimpy. But I’ll will go back.

So What the Phở just opened up, and well it’s from the same owner if Sushi Zen. So of course I’m going to come and check this place out. My wife had never heard of Phở, I told her it’s basically ramen noodles with a lot of great stuff. So instead what do we do? We get a plate instead of the Phở. But it was good I had the lemongrass beef and she had the chick. We stared off by sharing an order of spring rolls. Well it’s not what you get from Singapore café. It was good though. Again this is my first time here and they had just opened up earlier in the week, I’ll be back to get some phở.
