After 20 years in the business, Mike has brought his favorite recipes to the residents of Taos County New Mexico. Originally from Houston, Texas he has lived in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, California, Oregon, Florida, and Georgia.
Mike is not only a restauranteur but he is also certified EMT, Rescue Diver, Divemaster, Ski Instructor, Kayaking Instructor, Whitewater Raft Guide, and Extreme Sports Videographer.
