Cookie Zombie

These cookies are delicious! But I was not quoted a price or time on the phone. On the website it says $ 12 for a dozen. But then the delivery guy asked for $ 17. A $ 5 delivery fee? Then I tipped him. So I paid $ 19 for a dozen cookies.
Not to mention, it took the delivery guy an hour to get to us!
When I called back again after 45 minutes to get a time estimate, no one picked up so I just hoped for the best.
The cookies are good. But I don’t think I would do this again.

This is the greatest and most dangerous find! It’s the kind of delivery that happens in NYC where you can get anything delivered even late night. Had a dozen cookies delivered to my place tonight: chocolate chip, pumpkin, apple oatmeal and chocolate w/Reese’s pieces. Cookies came warm and delicious! So shocked that this exists and so very very happy:)

This could be the greatest idea for a late night delivery service ever. Ordered a dozen cookies at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. They arrived at my door in 30 minutes in the most delectable assortment — warm, soft and amazing.

This place in AWESOME!!! My young nephew had surgery the week Cookie Zombies was closed. I decided to email the company and leave a voicemail asking for a very special delivery for my nephew and his family since I am located in Atlanta, GA. Well to my surprise, I received a call back that day from this really nice guy who was asked to come in just to fulfill the special delivery for my nephew. He was really sweet about it and even wrote a special note on the box. I was sooooo impressed with their customer service and my sister said the cookie delivery truly brightened my nephews day. Not to mention, the whole family raved about the delicious cookies and ice cream. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a yummy treat. We need more great companies like you guys… Way to go above and beyond, you truly made a positive impact!

At first I thought this was sketch… picking up my cookies at the local liquor store but then I met the owner who showed up with my delivery and he was so chill and nice like a normal guy that you could call a friend. Yes, that’s right they don’t actually have a brick and mortar store, but they do have delivery!
Cookie Zombie makes some delicious fresh-​baked cookies with unique flavors. The convenience of their service is what sold me, fresh baked cookies made to order. We didn’t do delivery however after picking up our cookies they stayed warm even until we got home.
Note: They have different flavors every day so check the daily offers before you order.

If you don’t live within the delivery zone of the Cookie Zombie, I am truly sorry. However just to know that there is a place in this world that will deliver fresh out of the oven cookies and milk and ice cream to your door makes this world a much better place… And the cookies a Freeuckin Awesome! I accidentally ingested some marijuana chocolate and was not suitable to be in public. I searched COOKIES on Unilocal and low and behold… Cookie Zombie. Delivered in less than 45 minutes! Brilliant! Just Brilliant!

I’m not sure what happened. My satisfaction level is absorbed with delicious and warm gooiness.
Was having an easy Saturday evening with my man and next thing I know fresh baked cookies and cold milk were being delivered to our door.
I mean, I don’t see any other need to explain more. Very awesome.

Every cookie I have ever tasted from Cookie Zombie has been amazing! My favorite cookie is the cookies and cream! They have a great variety of cookies to choose from for any craving you’re having. I recently had their pumpkin pie cookie and it was so moist and fluffy! They also have Coolhaus ice cream. I suggest the bananas foster its delicious! I LOVE Cookie Zombie!

After a half dozen deliveries from these zombies, I have to say it is the most amazing delivery service! WARM cookies to your door, at home or at work, and milk and ice cream available to boot. Late night at the office? Pajama party? Movie night with the boo?

The folks at Cookie Zombie were phenomenal in helping me order a surprise cookie delivery to send to my fiancé’s bachelor party. I don’t live in the area but they went above and beyond to help me make sure they were ordered and delivered on time. The cookies were a hit! The guys said they were delicious and I could not be happier with the service and results of Cookie Zombie. I wish I lived in the area so I could use them more often!

Beyond perfect! Bought them for my roommates birthday, he turned around from going to the beach and picked up a WARM box to take! Great unconventional birthday surprise! Plus they taste great and are timely as hell ;)

No other choice for food gift delivery in L.A. compares to Cookie Zombie! This place is the absolute bomb!!! I live in Florida and wanted to surprise my fiánce with some sort of edible gift while he was at a conference in L.A. I searched the Internet far and wide for gift baskets and sweet treats but found them all to be either too expensive, too cheesy, or too slow in terms of delivery time.
But then, THANK GOD, I stumbled across Cookie Zombie and found I could send a dozen FRESH BAKED, unique cookies for only A DOLLAR A PIECE with an incredibly reasonable delivery fee and no extra charge to include a hand-​written message. #BOOM!!! The customer service was OUTSTANDING– friendly, personable, and efficient in their communication both with me as the giver and my fiánce as the receiver. The kind employee I worked with even hooked me up with a faster than normal delivery! My fiánce (and 11 of his lucky friends) had nothing but great things to say about the cookies themselves!

Just want to start off by thanking Cookie Zombie for making my girlfriends birthday special. I ordered 5 dozen of all sorts of their different flavor cookies to be delivered to her office and not only were they on time, they were delicious. I spoke with Natasha via email in regards to what I thought was a hiccup in the ordering process but she assured me that everything was perfect on her end and it was. Thank you again for the amazing customer service. I will absolutely be recommending your cookies all over!
Also, the hand written message on the box top was an AWESOME touch, I had no clue that’s how it was going to be. Cookie Zombie is amazing!

I feel horrible writing this but I’m hoping Natasha will see this and it’ll help them out.
I just picked up some cookies from Cookie Zombie and I immediately broke one of the cookies in half and it was completely raw.
I recently had a kidney transplant so I’m not allowed to have anything that isn’t completely cooked. I’m super bummed because I broke all the cookies in half and only one was cooked enough for my friend to eat but not me. Currently cooking them in the oven because these cookies are amazing and I can’t give you guys one star because they’re so good.
I just don’t want anyone to get sick

Best cookies ever! The OMFG and Sweet PB are definitely the best cookies ever, especially the OMFG. I called them at about 8:15 the wait time was 25 minutes which is perfectly fine for fresh cookies. Went to the location to pick it up it was on time and warm! I also had the candy bar theory cookie which was alright but nothing special hence the 4 star, but overall the Sweet PB and the OMFG is probably the best cookies I ever had in my life. Will definitely come back.

My friend and I were at dinner trying to decide on dessert that wasn’t at the restaurant. A quick Unilocal search yielded Cookie Zombie. We were able to mobile order from the restaurant and timed it to arrive at the apartment by the time we got home from dinner.
We just got traditional chocolate chip and mint chocolate chip cookies. They arrived on time, were warm, and tasted great. The price is a little high for a dozen, but you know what? For late night cookies delivered to your door once and a while, it’s totally worth it. And if you wanna cut the cost more, you can always order by phone and pick it up anyway.

Fresh baked cookies delivered – love, love, love! I received them as a thank you surprise from a nearby resident. They arrived warm with a bottle of milk and were so delish I kept them all for myself. Can’t go wrong with chocolate chip. Will definitely order from cookie zombie again.

AMAZING. Fresh HOT cookies delivered to your doorstep the way you want them. When i stumbled across this last month I decided i would place in order for Valentines Day. BTW, my order was perfect and she threw in a couple more… Thank you Natasha!

Cookie Zombie has been very responsive and very apologetic and are doing their best to remedy the situation. They say that there was a tech issue on their side that prevented them from receiving my friend’s text. It’s still a bit odd that they never followed up, and they definitely need to work out their tech issues, but they are going above and beyond in their attempt to fix it (delivering it to her home, which is outside of their normal delivery range, and doubling the order). They were very responsive and had great communication with me once they learned of the whole situation, and made sure to get my friend’s cookies to her according to her schedule. I appreciate that it was an honest mistake and that they did everything that they could to remedy it. That, and she said the cookies were great!

I was super excited to surprise my friend by sending cookies to her office on her birthday as a surprise. but had to ruin the surprise since Cookie Zombie called and texted not just me but also her before delivering… and then never delivered! She replied via text that she would be there all day… then sat in the office waiting for cookies that never came :(

My last review was in August of 2014, I then have ordered from Cookie Zombie at least 15 times.
Every time I order, the cookies are fresh, hot and taste delicious. I usually order a dozen, then go to the Holly Main Liquor store and pick it up from there, I would have it delivered if possible, but unfortunately I’m out of there delivery range.
When you buy a dozen you can choose any 4 flavors, I always get the OMFG, Sweet PB, Cookies n Crème & Funfetti.
The OMFG: A chocolate chip cookie with extra chocolate chips and the Best tasting cookie I’ve ever had in my life. Period.
The Sweet PB: A Peanut Butter cookie with reese’s pieces, if you like peanut butter and a cookie that’s soft in the middle, with crunchy reese’s pieces at times definitely get this one!
The Cookies n Crème: Basically a cookie for all the Oreo lovers, Crushed Oreo pieces and white chocolate chips.
The Funfetti: This cookie is pretty unique, it’s sort of like a fruity cookie because it’s got fruity pebbles in it. It’s pretty good.
Unfortunately, they don’t put the OMFG cookie on the menu often, Hopefully one day it becomes a regular!
The only downside to CZ is there delivery range, If they could extend there delivery range i’m sure they could increase there business and make a lot of customers feel the joy of having a cookie from CZ. Other than that, Cookie Zombie is perfect and the only place i’ll be buying cookies from.
