We have a 5 ½ year old GE French door refrigerator, and they do not always have a great reputation as they get older. So when the bottom freezer was suddenly filled with ice I freaked out. I read online about Eugene and called him. He took a look, told me that there was no mechanical problem and that he was sure it was just that the door had not been closed properly causing it to frost up. He then told me how to defrost it. I happily paid the service charge because I envisioned a lot bigger problem. Eugene is honest!!!

I’ve been a customer for probably about 2 possibly 3 years. Tech is always on time, today he was even a bit early (which is awesome). He explains the repairs easily and gives an honest opinion. Prices are competitive and service is great. I do not enjoy the stress of having appliances break, especially when they are fairly new, but Alex’s repair is reliable and makes the process easy. Give him a call.

I have used Eugene on two occasions, once with a dryer and the other time with a washer. Eugene is prompt, professional, expeditious, an expert in diagnosing and fixing the problem and his prices are fair. I have recommended him to numerous other people who have all had a positive experience. I suspect that there is more to the story with the few negative comments.

Yesterday our gas clothes dryer stopped heating. It only blew cold air. I called Alexander’s this morning based on Unilocal reviews and made an appointment to have a tech come out today. I was told he would be here between noon and three pm. I asked if he would call before arriving, and the receptionist said he would. She was actually the one who called to tell me he would be there in 20 minutes. Sure enough, he arrived when predicted. I didn’t get his name but he was efficient and fast. He found the problem immediately (the ignitor module had failed). At that point he told me what it would cost to fix it. I accepted. He had the part with him and a few minutes later he was done. He checked the idler pulley and belt and determined they didn’t need replacing. He cleaned up after himself (he had also cleaned a lot of lint and other debris from inside the unit). I am pleased with the outcome and with being able to get the repair done the same day. Great. Based on this one experience I recommend Alexander’s.

I called this morning to have my refrigerator repaired it stopped cooling yesterday. The response time was great they had a tech out to my house by noon. Eugene put something on the compressor to make it come back on and it’s now cooling again. Cost seemed reasonable. All in all I was very happy and would use them again if needed.

Called them when our GE refrigerator broke, tech showed up on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the ptoblem and had the right equipment in his track. I would strongly suggest the use of this company. Excellent repair work.

I chose Alexander’s based on the good reviews, but I can’t evaluate their actual work, because they canceled the appointment TWICE because the truck broke down. The two appointments were 3 weeks apart and both times they canceled at the time they were due – a wasted day off work for me… again! Work? Reliability — 0

Be very careful if you ever use their services. He quoted me $ 300 to change a part that costs $ 90 and 5 minutes to change and diagnosed within 30 second. Called other places and got quoted for half of what they told me.

Great service! They fixed my refrigerator in short notice. Saved us a lot of money. They are very professional and really nice. They definitely know what theyre doing. I would highly recommend their service. 2 thumbs up! :)

The technician was very helpful and friendly. He was very easy to get a hold of and very flexible in coordinating a time for him to fix my dryer. He quickly discovered the problem and had all the parts to to fix it on the spot. This is my new go-​to company for all my appliance repairs. Awesome!
