Laser hair removal. Had 6 treatments and I am very happy with the results. Cece and the other nurses really take the time to do it right. I have been to other places that didn’t spend nearly as much time. I know my money was well spent and I am very satisfied with the results. They offer great deals on packages. And now I do not have to shave my back every week!
Highly recommended!

I’ve been to many different types of spas in different areas. The Rejuvenation Center is by far one of the best. The office is very clean.
The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Scheduling and booking appointments (for 6 treatments) was a breeze. I drive all the way out from the OC. I was always able to schedule around rush hour traffic. Which almost made it a shame to drive an hour for a 15 min treatment, well worth it!
I had the laser hair removal treatments for my underarms and bikini area. The medical staff in the back office are very professional and knowledgeable. Making it very comfortable when they are in the most private areas of the body. The results are amazing.
I highly recommend The Rejuvenation Center. I plan to go back to have other services done.

Meh. I had series of laser hair treatment, more than the body requires. The hair still grows vigorously. Front staff are polite but the ones that do the treatment, are not. Scheduling sucks and the wait time, horrible. They’re always packed that’s the reason why they’re always in a hurry and the job is not done well. I think they do that on purpose that way Clients will be forced to buy more treatment packages over and over again.

I scheduled an appointment for the HydraFacial MD which was $ 150 for a 30 minute facial. My appointment was scheduled for 11am but I was not seen until 11:35. I had to ask twice about my appointment time… no one there cared to let me know that they were running late.
The esthetician was very sweet and I believe she was thorough but there was clearly a problem with the machine (it seemed to be clogged) and she fidgeted with it throughout the treatment. I felt like she just did random spots instead of completely treating my face. After I left, my skin was shiny and tight (as a result of the glycolic acid that was used) and for the most part the congestion in my skin removed. Over the next two days my skin lightly shed. After 3 days, bumps became prominent on my forehead, the skin on my forehead and cheeks became extremely dry, the age and sun spots on my cheeks appeared darker and I had two large bumps from use of the extraction tool (one near my nose and one on my chain). A week and a half later, instead of seeing any improvements or getting compliments on my skin… people kept asking me «what happened?» This was not the result I was expecting especially after paying $ 150! :-(
I don’t know if the problem with the machine impacted my facial and feel this should have been resolved before the esthetician moved forward, but the end result was the treatment making my skin worse. I wasted my money. I would not recommend the HydroFacial MD at the Rujevenation Center. Secondly, I don’t think the facility does a good job at assessing what is best for an individual’s skin. They seemed more concerned with selling me services instead of what would have been best for me.

Just really bummed. Yesterday drove 2 hours for services and they didn’t book the one I really drove all the way there for.

Went in for consultation… walked into a crowded wait room. The consult went well and I was told I’d have to come back on a day went the physician would be in which is fine. They couldn’t book me the appt at that moment and I was told that they’d call me to book and take my deposit. I never heard back from them. I didnt bother calling either, I shouldn’t have to if I’m spending my money. I went somewhere else and got A+ service and better pricing.

I have been a customer for years and have been very happy with the results from the different treatments I have received — botox, filler & IPL. I have also found the front office staff to be helpful and very nice. CeCe is amazing — she is the only one at Rejuvenation that I let do my filler injections. She has a great eye for what needs to be done and the skill to do it right. She has also told me when I don’t need something. In addition, if you get on their mailing list, they have regular specials on treatments from facials to lasers and injectables that are amazing!
With regard to previous comments about laser hair removal, not sure what they were told but a little bit of research online tells you that it takes several treatments to the same area in order to have prolonged success with stopping hair re-​growth. This is due to the growth cycle of the hair and timing of your treatments. Eventually the treatments get further apart and then maintenance maybe 1x per year.

I always tell myself I need to write this review so now I finally am! It’s long overdue. Just walked out after my 3^rd laser hair appointment feeling great for getting through it. I’ve also received Botox from the Rejuvenation Center and have been extremely pleased with each experience. It seems most bad reviews are from women who aren’t used to the services performed nor beauty industry in general (or in regards to scheduling and rather than the actual services provided — which should be resolved with the center not ranted on Unilocal). Clearly laser hair isn’t fully enjoyable (BEAUTY is PAIN hello!), but the office, technicians and calming atmosphere definitely help. These women know what they are doing and hold their work/​clients/​profession in high regard. If you can’t handle getting poked & pricked you should stick to topical creams and hope they show results. If you can toughen up, take an Advil or better yet a shot of tequila and get on with it, you will be pleased to have the Rejuvenation Center perform all of your needs. Cheers & stay pretty.

On August 7, 2015 I received first and second degree burns on my neck and chest (see photos) from improperly administered IPL treatments at this location. Since then I have been wearing turtlenecks every day to keep affected area out of the sun and prevent scarring. Avoid this place.

I have been going here for botox and fillers since they were in the old Manhattan Beach location.
I must say that the prices, when they have specials, and the treatments are top of the line.
Cece is the best injector ever, gentle yet has a good eye to correct irregularities when it comes to fillers. She really knows her stuff.
If you schedule at off peak hours, there is no delay and no waiting.
I have been bringing and referring a lot of friends and family since they do a good job.

I have been going to this place for a few years and have always been tolerant of fairly terrible appointment scheduling and subsequent appointment time management experience. More often than not I had to wait for much longer past the scheduled time etc but generally I go with the flow and not complain. I get that scheduling & running on time must be hard for them, that much is obvious.
My last experience since 7 days ago has been particularly bad. It took awhile to actually schedule the appointment (emails are not returned quickly, very hard to get through by phone etc) but that’s business as usual with this place. Then, the appointment was cancelled on the day of within a few hours. Then we rescheduled. Then, when I eventually showed up, around 4.03 pm on Friday, they were obviously overbooked with quite a few people waiting in the reception area. Long story short, I never got my service done and I was told that everyone absolutely had to leave at 5 pm sharp. (My time didn’t really matter enough for anyone to even consider accomodating me past 5 pm).
I called back afterwards to follow up on what happened, was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and left a message. No response, no initiative to reschedule, or apology offered and it’s been 7 days since the experience.
I also emailed the office yesterday, 6 days after and again, no acknowledgement of email or response. Overall, I already spent 4 – 5 hours just trying to get a 15-​min appointment happen. Will probably take me another month to get this taken care of.
I find this quite frustrating because I value my time fairly high and expect others do as well. Unfortunately the Rejuvenation Center staff doesn’t recognize the importance of it.

Well first and foremost I have never been to a facial spa before and never felt that it was necessary for me to go. I recently started to break out tremendously and absolutely couldn’t take it any more. My skin has never been an insecurity of mine until this whole break out ordeal. I was referred to this place by my mother, whom was referred to her by a friend. After too many mornings, too many days of crying to my mom about my face I decided to take action.
I started going to the Rejuvenation Center about two months ago now, if I’m not mistaken. I started off slow and did your typical facial until I was ready to move up to the big girl level. With the facials I started to notice a change in my face, I started to eat much healthier, and drinking tons and tons of water (thanks to my girl Nicole! (-;) Nicole has been an angel to me since going there! Not only do I feel comfortable around her but I love most importantly that she cares about her patients and wants to see them happy. She was the one who told me about not only do I need to do the facials but that my water in take had a lot to do with it. She stayed on top of me and made sure that I was seeing results that I wanted.
Rejuvenation Center has great deals and promotions once you get put into their system. Nicole has always recommended the ones I should purchase in order to get the results I’m looking for. Finally the microdermabrasion peel came as one of the promotions, so I made sure to hope on it as quickly as possible. I purchased that and another facial that’s a bit more intense called Fire and Ice. When I made the appointment to go in, Nicole saw my face and saw my skin changing but I still had a lot of scars that would just not go away. She then recommended that I do the chemical peel instead of the Fire and Ice facial. I was hesitant at first because I have never had a peel but what Nicole says goes.
Let me just say best decision of my life! The peel was a little hard to get use too but once I saw the end result and once the process was over I felt amazing! My skin went from night to day! I was in such disbelief that I started to cry! My face felt normal, I felt normal. I felt like I could actually walk out the house and wear absolutely no makeup!!! I’m convinced that Nicole really is an angel and has helped me get over this insecurity. I definitely intended on coming back, continuing to be a repeat customer of the place and to try new products of there’s. Cece and the nurses were good but… the office staff is unacceptable.
I had an appointment for an injection and an hour before the appointment they cancelled. They left a message and I was told the nurse was pregnant and felt ill so she had to go home. I called the office a few minutes later, sorry to hear the nurse was sick, and told office staff I was upset because I left work early and I was already outside the location. I was told by the manager that my appointment, which was scheduled over a week in advance, was cancelled because they were out of the product for my injection. Which one is it??? sick nurse or you’re out of the product???
I was also told by the office manager I would get a phone call from the owner regarding my complaint… months later and still waiting for the call!!!
This is not the first time they have cancelled on me!!! Hmmmm what else do they lie about???
With so many choices of treatment centers why would you waste your time here!!!

I bought a groupon for this place a few months back the deal was $ 279 for six limelight IPl treatments (value of $ 1,194). Once I got there I met with Cee she told me after evaluating my face that I didn’t need IPL, I needed laser genesis. At that point she told me that she would switch my treatments and give me 3 treatments of the laser genesis. After finding out that was only a value of $ 750 I feel I was ripped off.
Bottom line don’t buy the groupon unless you know for sure you need IPL!
Sad because my nurse technician was amazing and super sweet.

It has been a few months since I finished the 6 laser hair removal treatments on my underarms and most of the hair has grown back.
It looks like only 40% has been removed.
I am very, very displeased. It seems once you stop the treatments, most of the hair grows back.
WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!

Went here last year… do not waste your time here.
First off, when I got there, it took a while for them to acknowledge me. They said «I’ll be right with you…» WHEN SHE WASN’T EVEN HELPING ANYBODY –_​– So, I waited a couple minutes, whatever.
Next, in comes storming one of the managers I guess? Complaining about some of the products they bought not being delivered… Complaining in the lobby, seriously? Whatever.
So, they sold me on this $ 99 special they had going on as a «limited time offer» and said they would call me to schedule an appointment, because there was nothing available within the next few weeks. Never got the call, but whatever.
I got a facial done by this really nice girl, who I forgot her name, unfortunately, but she did an OK job. I’ve gotten better facials, but whatever. The only good advice, that I do thank her for that earned this place a second star is for recommending using Cetaphil on my skin, because that cleanser works wonders! :D

Do not expect to be treated like everybody else, if you do not walk in looking like you «have money» because you will feel the discrimination.
You can definitely tell the girls in the front were not trained properly.

I’ve had nothing but superb service here. Everyone has been very friendly and goes out of their way in pleasing you. Made me a happy client. Donna was my nurse today. I paid for a pack of IPL laser treatments for my face and chest. I felt after a couple treatments, I didn’t need anymore too those areas, so I asked if I could use it toward a different area (my arms) with no hesitation, she said of course. Most places will make you use all treatments you buy in a pack, to the same area and won’t accommodate you. This place is like a relaxing spa. They have cucumber water in the front for you. The rooms that you receive treatments, are so calm and relaxing it makes you want to fall asleep. Great place! They have good deals, when you get on their mailing list.

I bought a Groupon for laser hair removal and had a very nice experience on my 1^st session. They were very nice and gave me plenty of information/​answered all of my questions.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it’s impossible to book an appointment. When trying to book my first appointment I tried calling for 3 hours! I finally left a voicemail but never heard back so I called back the following day, luckily after my 6^th call I got somebody on the line.
I’m currently sitting here trying to book my 2^nd appointment but again I can’t get anybody on the phone. It’s incredibly frustrating!

I’m going to let everyone know point blank: Laser Hair is NOT permanent. I learned the hard way and spent almost $ 1,000 on treatments coming to their facility to get my neck and arms done.
They retracted their statement and admitted you had to continuously get treatments, however they lie on the website and it states in their FAQ: Is it a permanent reduction? ‘Yes.’ Lie.
I am a fair skinned guy with not much hair, and it grew back instantly.
I’m also going to tell you about the experience I had. I had this procedure on my neck to reduce the hair and shave time… I will NEVER do it again. It felt like electricity going to my brain. I went through it thinking that it wouldn’t have to occur again, but when I discovered it was getting back to normal, I realized it wasn’t worth it.
And I know a woman that went to get her underarms done, and the same thing happened to her. Such a disappointment.
I wrote a review previously and took it down, but I just can’t look past this and let other people have to go through the same issues I went through.

I Really enjoyed my time here today. Cee was so sweet and I hope to see her again. I love going to the spa. I usually go to murads for facials and stuff but they always try to push their products on me at the end of treatment. I thought this place would do the same. I was waiting for it. After seeing Cee for some cosmetic things I needed done, she said good bye and to come back in 4 – 6 weeks… Didn’t push any products on me.
While I was in the room with her, she was extra informative, very sweet and professional. I really liked the service that was provided today.
