Ordering is easy(you check off the ingredients you want in your sandwich on a bag) and service is friendly. But the quality of the sandwiches is so so. I ordered a crab salad sandwich. There was a thin spread of crab salad on the sandwich with a lot of toppings. The toppings overwhelmed the sandwich. I would prefer that they be more generous with the main ingredient and use a little less of the toppings.

I ordered a chicken wich on line beforehand and walked over to pick it up. It was ready on time and kept warm. No time was wasted. The taste was great. I was very satisfied.

Once again, their ordering system is very complicated. Sometimes visual ordering is so much easier than guessing what some of the items are on the paper. They are also expensive, I prefer jersey mikes, price is reasonable and food. Our of all the subway store, I think which Wich is my least preference. Also when their is lot of people, it’s confusing and complicate to get the paper and write them down, sometimes they ran out of pens.

I ordered, waited about 5 – 10 min(which is eternity on a lunch break) tried to get a Bargs and it tasted horrible, then switched it to a coke which definitely didn’t taste normal. Then when I got my sandwich it was missing 5 of the 9 things I asked for… It was checked with a bright red sharpie how do you miss it??? If they would of made the sandwich right It probably wouldn’t have been so bad so they get a 2.

Was out here today for lunch. Had a pleasant experience, wasn’t to packed so we got our which pretty quick. It was a nice day today so we sat outside. I was pretty satisfied with my order. Would definitely come back here!

Had them twice while in town on business. First time it was to busy during lunch. Good was great. Second time they were packed and like 20 orders to be made. Took me about 15 minutes to get my sandwich, which I would say is pretty fast for the amount they had. Sand which was hot and well put together. Wish they had these where I live!

I came in for lunch and was super excited to try this joint out. First thing I notice that it was empty. No customers and no employees to be found. 4 min after one comes and still no greeting. Customer service could be better. The tables were dirty. Again these workers have there priorities wrong. The food was okay, I ordered the chicken pesto and had a wrong assumption thinking it was going to be chicken breast but it was chicken lunch meat. I went up to the girl asking her if this was wrong bc it wasn’t chicken breast and she said no. I didn’t eat my which wich so I gave it to my bf and he said it was okay.

I expected so much more from all the hype I’ve heard about this place. The staff was nice and helpful but the sandwich was blah and just not that good. I ordered the thanksgiving sandwich, I love thanksgiving sandwiches but this one failed me. The turkey was plain lunch meat, not actual turkey breast. The stuffing wasn’t good either, mushy and bland. Cranberry sauce tasted like canned cranberry. I added cheese which wasn’t a good idea on my part because it didn’t pair up. Don’t get the thanksgiving sandwich.

Customer service at this location is great! Positive attitude. WichWich is no different from Subway, it tastes the same, some i ingredients, chips and soda. The usual. I believe this place just has its own style which attracts customers and thats the ordering part. You select your choice of meat, bread and ingredients on the paper bag then take it to the cashier to pay and be made. I still honestly believe Jersey Mike’s is the best, worth the price as well. My rating is based in customer service and the menu which there is nothing with, just basic.

Fresh ingredients & plenty of healthy options for your sandwich needs! You start by grabbing your own paper bag, write your name using a red pen or crayon and check off there on the bag what you want. Give it to the nice lady or gentleman at the register and wait 10 – 15 minutes. Create a masterpiece in Red on another paper bag if you wish, to display on their wall. As for the«which» that I tried– very tasty and fresh! I shall return to try more and to draw something kick ass on a paper bag! Why not 5 stars then? I didn’t like that you cant see them making your«which»(unlike at Subway or PizzaRev)…why so secretive?

With Which Wich, I find it better to order online and then go pick it up. Or better yet, if you’re not sure when you’ll get there, use online to figure out what you want and have that with you when you arrive to put it on the bag. The menu has a vast selection and online gives you a chance to pick the exact sandwich you want at your leisure. They might also deliver but check first. I think they have a mobile app now for both iPhone and Android but I haven’t tried it yet. Going inside to order works too, just be thinking about what you like. You’ll be writing it down and handing it over when you pay. They’ve got a lot to choose from as any good sandwich shop should. Maybe you want a Reuben, turkey, ham, roast beef, cheesesteak, chicken, tuna, crab, Italian, meatball, or something else. I’m leaving some of them out. Give you a chance to discover for yourself. Hot or cold, they build it to order. The meatball sandwich is decent and comes in small, medium and large. A small or medium is enough for lunchtime. The cheesesteak is also tasty with caramelized onions. They’ve got shared parking in back and a fair amount of seating. Gets busy during the workweek lunch rush so plan accordingly.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review, but this place was god awful. You order by writing on a bag with a crayon, with screwed up ink so it’s unreadable, then you hand your bag to an uninterested cashier who proceeds to hang it on a wire and send it down a line. After standing and waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich, I was very disappointed at my cheese steak. For it was god awful and mushy. I thought subway was the worse until this experience, do yourself a favor and just go to rinaldis, as it’s less than a mile away and has great subs. I’m stunned at how crowded this place was and at how many good reviews it has. Don’t be fooled! It’s simply no good.

I’m leaning more towards 3.5 stars. Ok, so here’s my two cents… I’m an open-minded foodie, definitely! I decided to check this place out on recommendation from a co-worker. Which Wich’s approach to sandwiches is very unique. You look at the menu yourself and fill out a bag with all the options you want. You give the bag to the cashier and pay. I decided to try the Pesto Chicken sandwich jam packed with pepper jack cheese, spinach, bell peppers, raisins, egg slices, oregano, ranch, and oil! It was very tasty, but in my humble opinion didn’t have the kick Jersey Mike’s sandwiches have. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing??? The small is a great size. Perfect for one. Half as a snack. It’s definitely good enough to be on the list of quick food choices nearby. Yes, I’ll be back :)

Pleasant experience. My second time ever coming to this location. I will be coming back, Ordering was a breeze, workers show appreciation. Food was ready in a jiffy, but well done I must say. 2 guys were working in the back, while the girl who took my order delivered quality service. I’m satisfied, Would recommend 100% percent. Sincerely, A local from Hawthorne, CA.

First timer and my observations: The ordering process is clunky and takes too much time — Subway wins that one. Sandwich was good 6 out of 10 Afterwards — the SALT in their product is horrible — been feeling it all afternoon. Probably won’t go back… Too many other places to try.

I went to Which Wich yesterday(12.21.14), so that I could have a sandwich for lunch today. I ordered a caprese. Just opened up my sandwich and there is NO tomato!!! How is it a caprese without tomato? Not a good look for my first time experience. *pictures posted*

first time here. Went here after picking up someone from the airport. This is way better than subway because there were so much variety of ingredients and lots of sandwich to choose from. I really like: — how you go to this area where you fill out a sandwich bag of what stuff you want on your sandwich. — what i ordered: surf and turf(crab meat and roast beef) — the build your own sandwich idea. — small sandwich 7 inches for $ 6 — the restaurant has that street style and very welcoming ambiance. — free cookie if you check-in on Unilocal — crunchy ice on their soda fountain. I didn’t like: — no fries! — we don’t have this sandwich shop in our area(rancho cucamonga) — staff were not that joyful and welcoming.(oh well at least the food was good)

I was overwhelmingly underwhelmed. The concept of writing your meal on the sandwich bag itself would make any Ivy-league MBA cry because of its efficiency, but the rest of the meal didn’t measure up. With such an efficient device, you’d expect things to move swiftly, but the people put themselves in the way of the beauty and speed of the system. The Reuben was exceptionally low on all flavor-notes, an exercise in the production of a bland sandwich. Entirely flavorless that I didn’t write home about it, and almost just about gave up on the review.

This is the place for custom sandwiches. The options are so endless meeting everyone’s needs separating themselves from Quiznos or Subway. A perfect place for people who are vegetarians or health-conscious eaters an interesting option they have«Skinny My Which» where some of the bread is taken off to reduce the carb intake. Make sure to add some oils or vinegar to you sandwich! My sandwich was extremely satisfying but somewhat dry from being toasted trying this place for the first time.

I like this place. Build your own sandwich. Ingredients are good and fresh. So if you don’t like it, you don’t build a good sub. It’s on you. Don’t make the mistake I once did and load it up with all the toppings. Some of the ingredients don’t work together. I know from experience. Pick your fixins wisely.
