I have never seen a more ghetto staff. There was a guy in front of me who was struggling with his English, the staff was extremely rude to him. They belittled and spoke with an attitude as if he was bothering them. He was given his soda but accidentally spilled it and the staff only got ruder with the guy, even after he offered to clean it up. I was extremely disgusted by their behavior and would never spend money there again. I will be making a compliant to the actual establishment

They are cheaters. They give you a cup to fill with«soda» of your choice with your mail,.but unfortunately their supposed sodas are just water or something else, like a fake bad tasting drink. Shame on you Berger King. My advise, just do not buy from them, or do not combo, sandwiches and fries are good and enough !!

A busy line, four cashiers and only two people packing up food and sending it out to the masses of waiting people… inefficient? Yes. The pickup spot — crowd blocks the drink area. Overall a poor counter design. At least the food is consistent with a Burger King, even if the service isn’t. And I arrived 2 minutes after 7pm — they refused to serve anyone else at that point. Really — turning away business? This is probably a well-profitable area, but really… they could make more for their franchise owner. Sad, we ended up at McDonald’s.
