Great breakfast and original, I usually call ahead so I won’t have to wait on line. Love their steak egg and cheese with extra steak. It’s inexpensive too, yea the guys there are old timers they know what their doing! They are under new manager now and I see they offer platter menus for lunch now IE; Rice chicken beans ect. Great fresh coffee. Definitely one of a kind.

Legit, inexpensive, fast breakfast spot with no seating. A literal ‘hole in the wall’ service window usually has a mass of people waiting for food whatever the weather .
Nice to see they now offer turkey bacon in addition to the usual greasy breakfast fare. Mostly people go for eggs, either on a roll or in. platter with home fries. Although they do have a lunch menu.
The guys who work here have been doing it well for years.

Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to find a great place for a buttered roll and fresh hot coffee in this neighborhood. Friendly service too.
Very convenient as I am frequently birding the Elizabeth waterfront. Have to try a Gyro next time.
