Fast Signs

We got a quote from FastSigns for stickers to cover print on old signs. We asked for a specific size, which they quoted, but then suggested we go with a smaller size as they felt it would work. When we went to put the stickers on they were too short and didn’t cover up all the old print. When asked what they could do, they claimed to have never made that suggestion and that because it was «150 stickers, that’s too much to fix». We will never work with them again, as they took no responsibility for their suggestion and offered no solution.

Over the years we have always used Fastsigns in different locations for our vinyl printing and installs. We really just didn’t know that there were other options. We were very happy to see that there was one so close to our newest location. Their prices were fair. $ 95 per hour seems reasonable. We have five trucks that needed various amounts of vinyl removed and installed. We managed to pin them down to do a couple logos, then they ran out of time. The young guy that did the work was great. The installs are beautiful. After weeks and weeks of communications and non response from the owner or manager we finally had to go elsewhere. So after working with Fastsigns all over the country for the past 12 years, working with this location just once has made me realize that there is far superior choices out there. Our local locations will never use Fastsigns again.

Our company has been using this fast signs for a while now for all our banners and print materials. Not only is the quality great, the staff and owner are as well. This is out of the way for us, but the travel is worth it when the service is impecable. I would recommend this store to anyone. The owner goes above and beyond to satisfying our needs.
