We provide flavorful meals (and desserts!) for people with strict dietary requirements — or those who just want a convenient source of delicious food. Our specialty is Southern heritage favorites, but we can makeover any cuisine to make it both good for you and good to you. We offer affordable home delivery or pick-up, and reward you for being consistent. We can accommodate gluten-free, vegan, autoimmune protocol, Paleo, low FODMAP, dialysis diet, low-glycemic and low-sodium restrictions. Our food is so good, you won’t miss a thing!
History
Established in 2013.
We started in Maryland, lugging produce and blenders to our customers homes. We blended vegan smoothies, left them in the fridge and felt great that we were helping people stay on track with their healthy eating goals. Now, we’ve expanded. We still relieve customers of the burden of shopping, prepping, cooking and cleaning to eat well. That is a huge barrier removed for busy people who want to eat flavorful food that is low-sodium, low-glycemic and gluten-free.

After being diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder and medications with serious side-effects, Tasha decided to see if a change in her diet would help. She hoped the change would decrease the number of flare-ups she experienced. It did.
Eliminating gluten and decreasing the amount of sugar, dairy and meat she consumed gave her exactly the results she had hoped for.
Maintaining a gluten, sugar, dairy and meat free diet is very difficult. She started blending smoothies to make the transition easier and shared them with friends (delivering them when they were sick and couldn’t cook!). Tasha’s Healthy Soul was born.
She uses her Tennessee kitchen-training and new knowledge of auto-immune triggers to produce food that makes you forget that you are eating plants!
