Mrs. Hernandez has worked in the legal field since 2002. She first started as a paralegal with a national cable company. Mrs. Hernandez worked with the legal department and was in charge of drafting contracts, easements and providing guidance to sales. At that point, she realized that she want to be more then just a paralegal. Mrs. Hernandez went on to finish her education at the University of Pacific, McGeorge school of Law.

While Mrs. Hernandez attended McGeorge, she worked as Law Clerk with Bowman & Associates in Sacramento. At Bowman & Associates, Mrs. Hernandez received first hand knowledge in legal proceedings, writing motions, and Bankruptcy. Mrs. Hernandez then went on to become an associate attorney with the firm prior to beginning her own solo practice.

Mrs. Hernandez’s practice is primarily focused upon Divorce, Child Custody, Bankruptcy, consumer protection.
