Smile Maker Dentistry

Ive been very anxious about dental appointments since i was a kid, but i know i need to take care of myself. I called this place and they sounded very friendly over the phone made it so easy to make an appointment and got me in that same week! Once i got there i was greeted by the receptionist and helped right away which was nice. The assistant and doctor Soliman were very gentle nice and informative, gave me the chance to ask questions so i would understand exactly what i need and what would be done. By the time i left i was not as nervous and anxious as i was when i first walked in the door. Im so happy i can keep my mouth healthy and not be so scared.

I had to go in for a root canal, My tooth was painful, swollen and infected… ouch!, Let me say that Dr. Soliman and his staff are awesome. I felt NO pain durning the procedure, after leaving the office I went home took a nap and when I woke I was feeling good! Two days later my tooth was doing good, the swelling is gone and so is the infection. Thank you Dr. Soliman again for taking good care of my dental needs.

The orthodontist was a wonderful man the front desk lacks in costumer service and is not very friendly so when you first walk in for the first time it will have you wanting to walk out but once your with the dentist you will feel better.

I’m very happy with my care and treatment at Smile Makers Dentistry. They have been great dealing with my anxiety during treatment. I have been going here for 2 years and the staff is consistently pleasant. I also love that the office is very clean with new and cutting edge equipment. The text appointment reminder helps as well.

He has been my dentist for over 2 years and he is great. I encourage others to give him an opportunity, as he is my new dentist.

I had another good visit with Dr. Soliman today. He placed two crowns on my teeth and what a perfect fit. I have not seen a doctor in a long time, who really cares how the crown fits his patient. My last dentist would just shaved the crown down to make it fit anyway he could. I spent more then 20 yrs not knowing what quality work really was. Thank you, Dr. Soliman and staff for great job today!

My first experience today with this office was very positive, and I will gladly continue treatment with this practice. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the front office staff is friendly and efficient. The assistant who worked with me has the attitude that she wants to treat her patients like she wants to be treated making for a comfortable and pleasant experience. The doctor explained everything to me and provided options to consider with a treatment plan. Based on this first experience, I would recommend Smile Maker to others.

Have been going here for 6 months now. They were great working with me regarding payments. The staff is friendly and the dentist is nice. I came in needing a root canal and multiple fillings done, but they took care of that as soon as possible working with me to prevent as much cost out of pocket as possible. I’d highly recommend going to see them for dental work.

Love love love going here for all my dental needs. From the moment you walk in your greeted very warmly by the office manager Simone and are taken care of. The office itself is in a great location and is very well kept it up. I love the refreshing green they have chosen as there color. But the most important part is the dentist who is very charming and excellent at his job. He explains everything that he is doing to you and also take before and after photos to show you what work was or need to be provided. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable with him during my time with him. I would definitely recommend him.

I have been going to Smile Maker Dentistry since I moved to Elk Grove two years ago. I love this office, and all of the staff here!
Dr. Soliman is kind, caring, and professional. I had extensive dental work completed here, and have had ZERO problems with my teeth since. Simone, the office manager, is professional, efficient and friendly. The dental assistants are kind and knowledgable as well.
On my first visit, Simone explained everything to me. She gave me a breakdown of the cost, and explained how my insurance would be billed, and any balance I was responsible for.
I met with Dr. Soliman, and he developed a treatment plan (replace my silver fillings, two new root canals, and replace a couple of cracked crowns, etc). The work was completed in multiple visits, and I was shocked when it was done. I could not believe he had done everything, and I had felt no pain!
After my work was completed, they made custom bleaching trays for my teeth. Now, my teeth look incredible!
This office has a device that scans your teeth, and creates crowns that are a perfect match. I think it may be a 3D printer. The technology is top notch. They even have TVs and NetFlix to watch while you are having your work completed.
I LOVE Smile Makers so much, that I take my two year old son there. They are amazing!

I love my esthetician Rania at Smile Maker Dentistry! She is very educated and knowledgeable with her skin care products. I always look forward to my appointments. She has made my skin improve 100% with her expertise and Dr. Murad products. If you want a wonderful esthetician that’s reasonable and will make your skin beautiful then see Rania!

While the Dentist was okay, I felt that the service from the staff was less than satisfactory. Came in as a walk in client for a FREE second opinion as stated in their advertisement and on their website. The wait was rather long, and the desk staff weren’t the friendliest; treated almost as an inconvenience to them. On top of this I received a bill stating I owed them money for my «FREE» consultation about 2 days later. When I called to get the problem corrected, and a new bill printed to prove I owed no money, they said it would be waiting for me. I didn’t know that by this they meant it would literally be waiting for me on the counter top like a piece of junk mail (the desk staff that day unable to find what I was asking for, and me having to point out that perhaps the unmarked envelope on the counter could be it)
