I found this place through groupon. I bought a microdermabrasion package and ever since I have been coming back. Samantha really takes good care of my skin. She provides great skin care and consultation. Will definitely recommend this place.

I have been seeing Rania for several months now and my skin has improved impeccably! I am very satisfied with the results and will continue to see Rania for my facials and for skin care advice. Both my husband and I get our facials with Rania and she is very helpful and has an abundance of information about skin care! Rania is wonderful, kind, and very knowledgable. I purchased a groupon for a microdermabrasion and express facial and I can not even explain how excited I am. I was a little nervous, but Rania did a great job at making me feel comfortable. I honestly did not think my skin was bad and after talking with Rania about different products, treatments, even makeup I felt super positive and happy. I really enjoyed that she came up with a whole new treatment plan for me, and can not wait for my next appointment.

I’m very happy that my husband bought my facial here for my birthday gift. Samantha was my estetician and provided excellent service. I loved it so much that I scheduled my next appointment. This place is pricey but they have groupon and first client deals. All the staff are friendly and the environment is inviting.

Rania is great! She is super sweet and professional. Today I had my second microderm abrasion treatment. She goes over in detail what her plan is for the visit, post visit, and future visits. She goes step by step in telling you what she is going to do, what she is applying and what it is for, and she gives you a heads up when you will experience some pain. I left the office feeling refreshed and skin so smooth! Yes they do sell the line of Murad products there, and yes they can be a bit pricey, but Rania isn’t pushy. She just tells you what they help with and its up to you if you want it or not. The Murad products do have great reviews, so I’ve bought a few things and a few more treatments. Why not? Everyone deserves a little tlc! Thank you Rania!

Raina is the best! I tried every possible remedy on my face to remove acne but nothing worked … just after a few treatments with Raina I’ve seen huge improvements. I get compliments everywhere I go. Not only is she the best at treating acne but she has become a good friend. Highly recommend her!

I had a microderm last year but never came around to making the review. It was my very first and I purchased it on groupon. The lady who did it was very nice and pretty so automatically trusted her with my skin. I loved everything about it except in the end where they tried to push their murad products which are probably great BUT I’m a broke college student. She made me feel very comfortable and explain some of their other options for my deep acne scars such as glycolyic peels, enzyme burst something, etc. The next week a class mate had said my skin looked cleaner and brighter. So if other people noticed I’m definitely getting another one! I had a great experience other than the end which is why i docked off a star.

Enjoyed my microdermabrasion today with Samantha. I felt she was very professional and explained everything she was doing. She gave me some helpful advice on proper care for my skin. The staff was very friendly as well.

Had a horrible experience at this place. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this place.
The receptionist/​manager was one of the most rude and unprofessional I’ve dealt with.

I have had terrible skin for many years and had tried MANY things, but now, my search is over! I purchased the special on Groupon and now Ranja CHANGED MY LIFE! I listened to her and now my skin is not only clear, but radiant! Other than amazing skin, Ranja has also opened her heart to my family and me! She not only changed our skin, but has also over expended herself and sent a beautiful present for my mother’s birthday! Not only a SKILLED woman, a kind one as well! If you want to look younger, refreshed and radiant, IT’S A MUST GO!

I bought a Groupon for a microdermabrasion. I called for an appointment. I met with the esthetician and she asks a number of questions. Apparently she wasn’t listening to me very well. I go to my dermatologist «regularly,» meaning every six months. My dermatologist, who is a board certified M.D., recommended microdermabrasion to me. I guess because I told this esthetician that I «had» used Retin-​A in the past, this was her opportunity to tell me my skin was too thin to have a microdermabrasion. I got kind of quiet when she told me to get dressed and come to the front and make an appointment for a follow-​up in two weeks after I followed her diet of plenty of vegetables (which I practically live on fruit and vegetables, so I didn’t quite understand that comment) and a skin-​care routine. This is where the bait-​and-​switch comes into play. I go up to the front desk and there’s all these «expensive» skin-​care products on the counter for me to buy. I happen to be familiar with the Murad products and know they’re very expensive. I did «not» buy a thing from her. I have my own skin care line that I’m quite happy with and they’re not over-​the-​counter products you can buy at any store. (They’re DHC, if you’re interested and very good products) I KNEW right then and there what a scam this place was. They were going to sell me the products and make up for the deal I got on Groupon. If I came back, they win. If I didn’t come back, then they win. It’s such a scam and rip-​off. I’ve never complained like this to anybody in my life. I hope I can help the next person who wants to try this place to run away from it as fast as you can before you get robbed. I did not buy the products or make another appointment. I went straight home and emailed Groupon about what a rip-​off this place was. I’m sorry. I hate doing this because the staff seemed quite friendly, but the esthetician most definitely has no clue what she is doing. Please go some place else and save your money.
One more thing. I got an email from Smile Maker telling me that microdermabrasion was not for everybody. Again, she clearly did «not» listen to me while I was there because my own dermatologist, an M.D., recommended this for me. I guess she’s just trying to defend her lack of experience and unprofessional demeanor.

Unprofessional!

I purchased a Groupon for a microdermabrasion and a express facial. When I arrived, I paid 39.00 extra to get the full facial. Well my whole treament lasted less than 45 minutes. I have never had a microdermabrasion before but all my past facials have always lasted more than 50 minutes. So I was quite disappointed in the short time frame everything took place. She had told me it was going to take 30 more minutes so was the microdermabrasion and express facial supposed to last 15 minutes with the original price of 79.00? My appointment time was 10 am and I was out the door by 10:55 and that counts the few minutes we started late and my credit card transaction. I am sure glad I only purchased one. On another note, I do like the microdermabrasion part and glad it wasn’t too harsh. She did help my little break out, I was just disappointed in the service overall. I know it was a deal but wasn’t it suppose to introduce us to what we can expect from her? She was nice enough but I won’t be returning.
I appreciate the owner’s reply but still didn’t address the fact you told me the upgrade would take another 30 minutes but yet the whole thing still lasted only 45 minutes. it was my first micro-​dermabrasion but I don’t think it typically lasts 15 minutes. Groupon or not, if you don’t provide full quality service, people aren’t likely to return. Just something to keep in mind.
