Always so helpful and take you right to what you need. Employees help you load up your car and it always so low-​hassle. The big-​box stores may have more stuff, but ACE really has what you need. If also find the prices are very comparable and sales are great.

Great place to go if you want to be treated horribly. Will never go back. If you want to see customer service at its worst, this is your place. Actually watched three people (employees) watch as a customer looked for a plunger. Favorite quote from the manager «I am not calling you stupid.»

I love how this place always has someone waiting to help you the second you walk in store in case you need help finding something, which is almost always.
Very friendly and very well stocked. Easy parking in front also, just dont bump that cement wall like I have many times.

I love to support the local businesses, so you know ACE is my first choice before visiting the neighboring Home Depot. Everyone there is soooo helpful. The only thing I get frustrated with is that they’re closed on Sundays. I get it– they need days off too! but many home improvement projects happy on weekends– Sundays included. Just a thought!
