I never write reviews, but I saw the bad one that was on there, and I had to respond. I’ve been going to several Gnc’s for many years. I discovered this one on my way to Portillos fr lunch so I stopped in. There was a woman and an older man working there. Both were very helpful and courteous. They helped me find my products and answered some questions about new supplements I’ve read about. They have an awesome selection of sports nutrition– as big as mall stores! They gave me some great samples for free and their prices actually were lower than the store by my house! I will definitely go there more often. For the service and the value. Great folks!

Although I normally shop online, I desperately needed a pre-​workout supplement and decided to pick one up on my way home. I should have waited.
I’m sure its a company policy or guideline, but the sales associate would not leave me alone! I simply wanted to compare a couple different products and prices; however, I could not take more than a couple steps without him either offering a different product (that i didn’t need) or showing me more expensive versions of supplements I was looking for. While I understand that he has a job to do, the experience really turned me off. What was worse is that the information he was providing to me about the supplement was wrong!
I will definitely not be returning to this location any time soon. I will continue to order online or drive to the Vitamin Shoppe for «emergencies.»
