Edited to add: don’t expect them to take responsibility for damage. Our seat belt buckle was disconnected under the seat, along with being totally wet from washing.
I would imagine that they were unaware that shoving the vacuum under the seat disconnected the plug and made the air bag light turn on when the vehicle was started without it being connected.
When I messaged the owners wife I was told since they only cleaned it there would be no reason to disconnect the plug. OBVIOUSLY. I even took a pic and showed her what happened. The only response I got was that they didn’t do it. I know exactly what happened and it’s unfortunate that they won’t accept responsibility for mistakes they make. The air bag light wasn’t on before they cleaned it.
I also had them put window tints on my car when they first opened. I made sure that the tints were the legal shade. I was assured that they were but when I picked up the tints looked dark. I went inside to double check again because I didn’t want to get a ticket. Again, assured that they were the correct shade.
I got a call an hour later that the tint was packaged incorrectly and I needed to come back to have them removed and tinted again. How annoying.
Not going here again and would not recommend.
We had a really dirty work truck cleaned today and they did a great job! Fair price and good communication. Thank you!
