Not sure how this qualifies as «high end» as it is advertised. All they sell are The most common attys and mods. I didn’t see kayfun or mark bugs or squape or hero mods or really anything good. Just the same old same old as everywhere else. Staffing needs to change. Please hire adults. The kids are a real turn off. Always on the phone, or as I witnessed a few times they are rude, curse, flirt with girls, ignore customers and give BAD advice and the kid actually told me the wismec reuleaux I was looking for was «a clone». This is misinformation since wismec makes both the rx200 and the dna200 models. One is a Dna chip and the other isn’t. Both made in the same factory by the same company with the same labeling. Just diff colors and the battery sled is slightly upgraded on the DNA. But it’s the attitude of the kids. They think they have all this knowledge but I ask about a particular mod or atty and they have never heard of it.
Don’t get me wrong. Nice store, good variety of juice, but it is not high end by any stretch of the imagination. And unless you have your own knowledge, don’t go in expecting one of these kids to help you. They are too busy posting their supertank mini with a vape band on a IPv4 to Instagram. High end. No. A place to grab juice and coils, yes. Sorry I am pissy because I don’t like a teenager telling me something he thinks is true when I know otherwise.

Every time I’ve come here I’ve received excellent service here. Everyone I’ve encountered is friendly and knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. I have purchased two vapes through these guys and I plan on being a loyal customer for a long time. I would recommend this place to first timers who have lots of questions. Frankly, if you want to feel satisfied with your service and purchases look no further; this will be your new favorite vape shop. I promise.

Beyond awesome place and just moved into the area with my girlfriend heard about this place went in and Dan is beyond an awesome person and a great help also very knowledgeable about all the products and juice! I would highly recommend this place to anyone and continue to tell people about it even though they get busy sometimes Dan does always do his best to cover everyone at the counter I don’t know what the other person is talking about in their negative review but maybe they just didn’t have enough patience to wait for a great shot and a great staff to assist them!

Cloud 9 vapes is a great shop that has helped me with all my vaping needs and questions. Dan Matt and Lindsay are always helpful and willing to work with me no matter how many times I ask the same questions. Being a new vapor I don’t know nearly as much as I should and they take their time to give me all the knowledge that they have to make me feel comfortable and continuously coming back. If you are looking for a great shop or looking to get in to vaping I definitely recommend checking them out! Great selection of juice and products too!

I don’t really do reviews but this place deserves all the stars. Super friendly staff helped me to pick out the right gift.

I started coming here about 3 weeks ago. Previously, I had been going to Vape HQ in Bergenfield, which was constantly a freakin’ nightmare. A friend had recommended Cloud 9 Vape to me. I was willing to try anywhere else… I finally get there and the guy helped me pick out a new mod and find some new juice to my liking. He was a great listener and picked out the right juice for me. I’ve been going back ever since and I’ve gotten to know the other guys there, who are pretty cool and knowledgeable.

I saw this opened up recently so decided to check it out and buy a new vape. As i walked in there were about 6 people who unfriendly stared me down. As I said «hello,» nobody seemed to respond. This was a really strange place as not even the owner acknowledged me. I asked one individual who seemed to be staring at me if he could help me, but he pointed me to the owner. The owner then looked at me and then continued the ignore me. There was no,” I will be right there to help you .” I was truly ignored. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for help, actually waiting to even be acknowledged as a customer, until I finally asked how long it would take. The owner then replied, «15 minutes.» I then left. Maybe because I wasn’t a tattooed high schooler using profanity I was not accepted into this place’s scene. I am not sure. What I do know is that I experienced a level of unprofessionalism and disrespectful service. This place is filled with a bunch of high school kids and amateurish staff who don’t know how to run a business and treat customers. Go get a vape in Jersey City, NYC, or anyplace else.

Great selection of juices at reasonable prices, staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
