I went to the shop in search of a place with more juice options, and better customer service then… serenity in englewood.
It was very dark, and felt awkward walking into a bar setting, still the staff was very friendly. Even though I felt more knowledgeable then they were on some of the mods.
However, they did provide me with their options, which I quickly realized was not authentic. Even though they told me they only carry real authentic tanks and mods.
Still the reason I will go back… I appreciate the taste test!
Not many shops do that, and this type of intuition makes me a return customer for now… :)

If your lacking vape experience the people here are very helpfull and dont mind assisting you.

Not sure why some people are bugging out. I went to this place 2x in Bergenfield. Got great advice for my Mod that i didnt buy there. Great safety advice on battery selection for my unregulated device that i bought from them. Got great service for flavor selection. Guys are honest, and if they dont know the answer to your question, they wont BS you, they will get some one who does. 100% trust earned from a guy who is always skeptical. Thanks

I was traveling in the area today and my kbox nano had a problem. I looked on Unilocal and saw this shop. I went in and it was like I had been a customer for 10 years! The young man behind the counter jumped to help me and figured out it was my coil. He gladly changed it for me.
Because of the awesome service I decided to try some juices since they were so nice and I was only going to spend a few $$ on a coil. To my surprise it was 2 for Tuesday!!! BOOM… I bought some new flavors and I am extremely happy!
I will be telling everyone in this market how pleased I was today and if I am ever back in this area I will be stopping in!
I am a District Manager for a retailer and I will tell you, I would be very proud of this customer service in ANY of my stores!!!

Great vape store! Brian Matt and Vinny all know their shit, and if you have any problems or questions, they can usually answer all of them. I would highly recommend going here for your vaping needs.

Just picked up my first setup. So far so good. Got a Joyetech eVic VTC Mini 75W TC Box Mod and some 88mph juice.

Went in to buy a Vaporshark RDNA, called before I went there. I talked with Brian on the phone and he helped me when I got there. Got a great deal on the equipment. There was a problem with the battery door on the device I purchased, he swapped it on the spot for me. They have a great selection of hardware and juice, knowledgable staff, excellent experience. I will definitely be back. Keep up the great work guys.

This place is hands down the best vape store around. The people are the most down to earth people and they selection they have for quality juices is far beyond what any other shops have from what I have seen. I just wish they were open on Sunday’s! Haha

**This review is for the newest Vape HQ location in Cliffside Park, NJ (602 Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park 7 010)**
I was in NJ visiting a friend and wanted to grab a couple of new flavors for me and my husband in Raleigh, North Carolina. We have many chain vape shops so I had a general idea of what to expect. Most stores have a similar vibe: friendly, courteous staff willing to show off the newest trendy flavors, but with a slight sleazy vibe. Vape HQ didn’t have that vibe.
The staff was professional, wearing branded gear, extremely knowledgeable, and after an hour of trying around 15 – 20 flavors, I bought five bottles. The candid explanations of various brand e-​liquid differences was helpful, and as a previous cigarette smoker this information guides me with staying away from tobacco.
The staff was so approachable and friendly that even my friend purchased her first vape kit. I am now back in NC and wish to order from them, but their website seems to be temporarily down. But as a web designer I know the issues with getting sites up and running, and this does not contribute to my rating. Great staff, clean store, and first time I’ve ever seen a Voop in the bathroom! I’m new to the vape world. I have been smoking for 20 years. After my first visit at Vape HQ in Bergenfield, NJ, I have learned a great deal. The guys working over there are great. They helped my brother and I with a phenomenal starter kit and with great tasting juice. That was about three weeks ago. Both my brother and I cut down from 2 packs of Newports daily to about 1 cigarette a day. We have tried everything when it comes to quitting smoking and none have lasted for more than a week. Hopefully, one day my brother and I can fully quit smoking cigs altogether. With our experience at Vape HQ– Bergenfield, we see this time as the time of actually having the odds stacked on our side, when it comes to quitting. For the store itself, the employees are amazing and very much knowledgeable about the vape world. The setup of the store and the all around ambience of the place is just amazing. Again, thank you guys so much, you will definitely be seeing a lot of us.

This place is fantastic! Vape HQ has all your vape needs from mechanical mods to juices of all flavors. Needless to say, the customer service enhanced our entire experience. Brian was attentive and helped us through the entire process. I look forward to coming back again!

They have various choice of juices and good samples. And menu books well organized that help you to choice a lot easier. I could give them 5 stars but I would like to give them 4 start that’s because they used to have good discount when you buy multiple juices or promotion. But they don’t give you those things any more… still good place to buy vape juice!

really friendly guys. stopped in this afternoon to grab a bottle, they made a helpful suggestion and I was on my way in minutes.
what I really appreciate is the engaging manner in which they addressed me. after mentioning I’m from out of town and have none of my gear, one guy quickly offered to let me use his tools to rebuild in the shop.

Both negative reviews are a bit ridiculous. some kid talking to a customer in the shop while an employee was helping someone? This shop sells clones? Of course they sell clones most vape shops do. They offer authentic mods too. The shop is great and has a nice selection of juice. Both guys that were there helped me to the max with a gift selection. Also found the best juice I’ve ever tasted. SMAX

Very upset today. I broke my vape, needed a new one… waited outside the store til 11:20. FedEx guy said it’s typical. Didnt have time and left. Bad business.

When I walked in, there was a gentleman behind the counter and another guy seemingly helping a couple, showing them batteries and cartos. So I tell the guy behind the counter I need a complete set up, and he says he’ll be with me shortly. Cue the other dude to jump in and introduce himself, Scott.
In the 7 minutes I interacted with Scott, he directed me to half a dozen flavors, bought me a mouth piece to try his battery, wrongly guessed my age by 10 years, insisted on helping me with my career bc he knows Dr. Oz, queried me about where I live, what I like to do, offered to set me up with a buddy, informed me he was married with kids and mid move, and demanded my contact info (oh yeah — I def gave fake name and number). I was ready to jump out of my skin, I was so uncomfortable. Turns out, Scott is just an over zealous and over aderalled customer. The guy who actually worked there observed the whole thing and never intervened. Not very cool.
Once we got down to business, all was well. They don’t have «starter kits» of small flavor bottle sets like some other places, but you can taste test everything first. Set up my new piece with Indigo Rye and got out of there faster than you can say Vape HQ. Think I’ll be getting refills elsewhere.

Actually I been back two more times only strengthening my belief this is the best vape lounge for counties. It’s all because the caring owner Noah Kim. It’s always busy there that should be a hint but this guy takes his time with every question I recently purchased a rebuildable mod tank he taught me strep by step how to do it myself. Two thumbs up Noah! Also love the tv’s they place looks better all the time.
